Correct STEP Combined PluginHF

Hello all!

 

First time user here, not looking to overhaul Skyrim but to install some of the Core files (would consider doing a full Core Patch mod later). Is the correct download for the latest Combined PluginHF patch currently the one from July 9th, 2014 on the nexus website labelled "STEP Combined Plugins 229 v1?"

There are two combined plugins in that download. One for people with hearthfire hence the HF and one for people that don't have it. They are v1 because there was nothing that needed updating during the last round of updates I did to all the step plugins.
