Remove XP32 Maximum Skeleton from STEP 2.3.0

Why in STEP 2.3.0 XP32 Maximum Skeleton -XPMS by xp32 is removed ?

They are separating the STEP: Extended mods from the STEP: Core install. Starting with 2.3.0 they are making the STEP: Extended install a separate 'pack' that would be installed over the top of STEP: Core.

How would one know the order of the mods then? There are obviously conflicts between STEP: Core and STEP: Extended, otherwise there would be no point in shuffling them up in the first place.

STEP 2.3.0 is no where NEAR ready to be used! None of the Staff is even using it. You should NOT be using that Guide yet! It will be several months before it is even released.

I have 2.3.0 core installed... it's currently the same as 2.2.9 core LOL

I think it was written, not as an actually helpful comment, but more as joking way to say that it's moot to install 2.3.0 at this point in time.
