Spruces up the Vanilla stables. Windhelm Stable now looks like the horses might not freeze to death, etc. Didn't visit every one yet but the ones I have, look good.

Does not forward a couple of USKP changes and has one conflict with ELFX Exteriors, but the second looks fine to let ELFX changes overwrite. None with Touring Carriages (if loaded before), RWT, Point the Way, Improved Puddles.
