Question

Posted (edited)

I'm trying to do conflict resolution and got stuck when checking Weapon and armour fixes and cutting room floor conflicts. These mods had a conflict in a weapons record and crf needs to be merged with waf(I think) but I don't know what the keyword count record does or if it needs forwarding/merging. Anybody knows? (I believe the full record name was KZIZ - keyword count, at work now so can't check)

Ok, thanks. I edited my post, which said data count instead of keyword count, if anybody uses search and wants to find this information. Anyway, thanks again, back to making conflict resolution patches.

KZIZ - Keyword count needs to match the number of keywords you attach to said item.Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk

I thought all keyword and item counts needed to match the amount of columns below it.

Thank you but that doesn't work for me. If I right click all I get are the options - Edit / Remove / Hide no conflict rows / Column widths.

There must be an easy way to add new keywords. I'm not so much worried about the count because I can easily change that value.

I can use the CK to add new keywords, but not TES5Edit.....

I think there was a discussion of whether the number mattered or not and I believe it was Arthmoor or the guy that made inconsequential NPCs or GDO. Hmm... I may go hunt the discussion down later but unlikely.

Anyhow I believe the conclusion was that most of the records counts don't matter because the engine just reads the number of entries.

@fireundubh. Thank you very much. I knew it must have been something simple. I right clicked on every square but that one! I feel a little red faced. You've saved me so much time because I much prefer TES5Edit over the CK. Cheers

By the way, I have a script that adds any number of keywords (or factions) from a formlist to selected records. If you still need to save time, I can prepare those scripts for release here.
