Game Opening Weird

I'm new to modding and have been following the Step Guide SkyrimSE v2.3. I have gotten to Step 4 Game Launch Smoke Test. When I go to open the game through the SKSE launcher on MO2, it opens the game really zoomed in and I can't move on the window or Alt+F4 it either. The only way to close the tab is by force restarting my computer. I've tried to go back through the guide to see where I messed up but can't find anything wrong. Is there anything obvious that comes to mind? Or any idea what my next steps should be to figure out the issue?

I think i fixed it. I changed the display resolution in BethINI and now it opens where I can see the whole screen though it is smaller than my display. Also my cursor is very jerky and moves slowly but I don't know if that would have been impacted by anything that's been adjusted.

Early in Step 1, in the SSG, you were instructed to launch the base game using the Steam Launcher. Did you do that? That establishes your native video resolution in the game INIs which should be the value shown in BethINI under Step 2. If you don't remember doing all that, close MO and do it now (launch via Steam, then quit at the main menu once it launches). Then revisit BethINI setup from scratch. Your resolution in BethINI should be set to your native windows resolution, which is exactly where you want it. Tell us what your native resolution is.

I remember doing that yes but I can do it again if you think that would help. I looked and it says my native resolution is something like 1920x1080

You have a standard resolution, so yes, that should work if you follow the instructions in the SSG and the guide through BethINI setup properly.
