For future reference, do not post screenshots of message, use the 'Copy message to clipboard' link instead and post the text. https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Copy-and-Paste-Text

See if you have more luck with this test version https://mega.nz/file/oUZi2JDA#e0mpNTqTcSaZQRpL1U0CrxkN-4W0rvSUhf---qUqycA
Upload new log, debug log, bugereport.txt in case it has an error. If it stalls, check task manager for stuck texconv processors and kill them top get it to have an error.

It is normal that when something that has an error is not done, the error is not happening. Kind of like staying in bed to not have accidents outside.

Sorry I didn't know. I'm very new here. But Dyndolod finally finished when I ticked everything except for beyond reach.

Avoiding the problem is not fixing the problem. The worldspace will not have updated LOD.

Hence the new test version.

Ok thanks I'll try running it soon, but I'd be ok if it's just Beyond Reach that doesn't have the lods if it doesn't work. I will get back to you.

Hi, using Alpha 130. I have never had this problem before. Xlodgen fine, Texgen fine, No error summary. Then I go to install DynDOLOD Outputzip and I get Extraction failed:CRC error. This is in MO2. No other mod nor have yours ever done this. To test I disabled almost all my mods and I still get the error. Any ideas? Thanks

Read the first post and/or https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Post-Logs which log and debug log to upload.

The entire content of the output folder is compressed with the official ..\DynDOLOD\Edit Scripts\7z64.dll once all output has been generated.
Mods should not in any way be able to affect this.

Make sure the drive has enough free space. Make sure UAC, anitvir are not interfering.

Hope this is the right place to look for help... I'm at a loss. I keep getting the error code E0434352 which indicates the .Net framework isn't installed or working properly. I've search all throughout these forums, and supposedly it can be related to not having access to the files? I currently have Dyndolod installed on a second drive near the root, so I'm not sure this is the issue.

I've tried to reinstall .Net 4.8 but it says I already have it installed. I also have .Net 6.0.20 installed, and that's what appears in the logs.

I also noticed a ton of error and warning messages while running Dyndolod, but the only error message to pop up preventing me from finishing is "failed to generate for one or more world" or whatever. After getting this error, I can zip and install as if it all worked, but none of the LODs are there or working.

I'm at a loss. I literally have no clue what to do. Error code says there's issues with .Net, so I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using the repair tools, yet it still won't work. What am I doing wrong?

I have been using Dyndolod 3 for a long time now.  Was not even going to post because I thought this would have been obvious error in latest release (Alpha 130) but I don't see it posted.  I'm getting integer overflow (popup window) error running Dyndolod right when it's about to do it's thing (about 7 minutes in) and looks like it's happening when generating log?  I can provide more info so let me know in reply if you are not aware of this.  I will need to re-run and get relevant info.  This is reproducible (I did 3 times).  Never had any issue with any previous version.  Went back to Aplha-128 and all good.  I'm using the QHD options BTW if that matters.

Read the first post and/or https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Post-Logs which log, debug log and the lodgen logs for which the error occured to upload.

Also see https://dyndolod.info/Help/LODGen for some suggestions about error code E0434352. Post related Windows Event log messages.

See https://dyndolod.info/Messages and https://dyndolod.info/Help/Summary-Of-Messages for explanations of certain messages.

From https://dyndolod.info/Generation-Instructions
Wait for all processes including all spawned LODGen command prompt windows to complete successfully. Pay attention to all log messages. It should end with the log message 'DynDOLOD plugins generated successfully' and lines like 'LODGen generated object LOD for [WORLDSPACE] successfully' for each selected worldspace. Do not use the output if there were errors that stopped the process prematurely.

Read the first post and/or https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Post-Logs which log, debug and bugreport to upload when making posts.

As explained on the first post and https://dyndolod.info, DynDOLOD 3 is an alpha version to test things and iron out bugs. Certain things may be incomplete, not work as expected or change considerably between versions.

As explained on the first post and https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Read-Log-and-Error-Messages, use the Click on this link for additional explanations and help for this message to open https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Exceptions:
Integer overflow
Always use the latest version of DynDOLOD/TexGen as explained above.
This is a bug with the tools encountering unexpected situations. Make a report with the log, debug log and bugreport.txt as explained on the official DynDOLOD support forum.

Wow that was tremendously helpful!  Thank you so much!  I have a life, your mod just making you aware.  I'll use prior version TYVM.

Hi. Whats the best default settings for these new options - Child > Parent/Parent > Child with the aim to replace functionality of patches from dyndolod resources (exteriors visible from whiterun/solitude/other cities cities)? Enable/tick 1st and medium/high settings for 2nd? Thanks.
