Step Guide - Post section 20-Patches troubleshooting due to CTD

Hello, I have completed installing the files all the way through Step 20-Patches.
I have selected all the options - CCOR, CACO, lighting & weather for example.
I believe I have been consistent in the choices.  I probably missed something.

I tried to run the smoke test and it failed.  The way I read the guide I believe it should pass.

Launched via MO->SKSE.

I see a complaint about this.

I selected No to continue launching.  I got the Bethesda launch screen and then CTD.

I have run LOOT and here is a few complaints.   A sample is below.

I need some assistance in how to resolve these.  I am not clear if I should take the cue from LOOT on the corrective action or re-install or some other general troubleshooting guide , for example.

Verify you installed the correct version of Simple Offense Suppression and the correct version of Address Library. The message seems to imply you have an older version installed that isn't compatible with the latest version of the game.

All of the plugins Loot is mentioning in that second screenshot should be active unless the guide explicitly states the plugin should be inactive.

As Greg mentions, revisit the instructions for Address Library. Also, Simple Offense Suppression is installed later, so that should technically be disabled for the smoke test. The smoke test is to ensure that all 02-Extenders mods have been installed correctly. No mods other than those in Extenders should be installed/enabled at this point.

If you CTD later, and you are running pure Step 2.3, it's always related to a mod that didn't install (or wasn't installed) correctly, mods/plugins not enabled, or plugins out of order. Ensure all plugins in the right pane of MO are ticked and sorted.
