[Help] Curved Blue Lines around everything

Just like the caption i dont know what happened but after I changed my rain transparency in the enb settings, whenever I get close to something regardless of what it is (objects, npcs, ....) 2 perpendicular curved blue lines just appear, I did changed rains transparency to default but it didn't solve it, if somebody help I would be so happy.

Does it go away when you toggle ENB off (Ctrl+F12)?

If so, then you changed a ENB setting that I'm not aware of. You will need to compare your ENBSeries.ini to the original using a diff app like WinMerge to hunt it down, or reinstall the preset.
