[LOD]]World Map

Hello,

I'm going through a fresh STEP Guide install and when generating LOD the World Map isn't fully generated.

I'm 'pretty sure' I had these settings on DyndoLOD

I went through xLODGen, TexGen and DyndoLOD three times, not sure where's the issue.

This is weird.

the .ini is ok,
the .exe+MO setup is ok,
DyndoLOD is ok

reinstalled the VS libraries to make sure it's ok

must be missing something really simple

EDIT: LOD 32 was not ok, sorry

it was a "lod32=0" that escaped me
