Best way to determine what causes long loading times?

I was wondering if theres a way to find what's causing long loading times, from what I've seen it's based on how many scripts there are, but I'm not sure how to check what mods add the most/are the worst offenders.

ENB can add to loading time, particularly when enbcache folder doesn't exist yet.

The only reliable way I can think of testing is to disable half your mods and load. then re-enable and do the other half. Repeat this process in batches narrowing down the sample frame from 50% to 25% to 12.5%, etc.
