rask Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 I'm looking for a mod list to push a high end pc, I'm wondering if this mod list is tailored to high end pcs or mid ranged ones.

See the guide system requirements. That's for running the baseline. If you go with 4k+ options for all mods that have them, ultra INI settings, Step Heavy ENB, and Ultra DynDOLOD options, the Step SSE mod build will tank any system running at native resolution on monitors > 1280x1024. The guide provides all of these options.
rask Posted December 12, 2022 Author Posted December 12, 2022 Thank you. That's what I was wondering.
rask Posted December 12, 2022 Author Posted December 12, 2022 Forgot to ask, will this work if I don't have the AE but run the same version as it? 13 minutes ago, z929669 said: See the guide system requirements. Greg Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 You'll need the Anniversary Edition (all of the Creation Club content) from Steam and the guide is written for the latest version of Skyrim Special Edition available on Steam. If you have the Anniversary Edition (all of the Creation Club content) with an older version of the game's executable, you may need to carefully go through the various SKSE plugins in the guide to find ones that work for your version of the game's executable. Also note that we do not support installing the guide on older version of Skyrim Special Edition.

Kattmandu Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 (edited) I installed the baseline files, no 4k. I also use ENB. I had to use the borderless upscale feature, via the SSE Display Tweaks INI file, to run the game resolution at 75-80% of my native to achieve a frame rate I was comfortable with. My system specs: CPU: Intel i5-9600k RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz GPU: RTX 2080 8GB 3440x1440 native Edited December 13, 2022 by Kattmandu
z929669 Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 If you really want to tax your system, run it upscaled. I use AMD, but I'm sure NVIDIA has this: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-010 Again, there probably isn't much headroom to do this unless you are running a powerful box with a good monitor and NOT our 'ultra' DynDOLOD configuration (which itself is a waste of resources)
