Can't run bethINI app

can't run  bethINI.exe, it says "  this app can't run on your pc, check with the software publisher"

pc specs: 

windows 10
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Processor Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz 2.33 GHz
Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.00 GB usable)
System type 32-bit operating system, x64 processor

Looks like you're running Windows 32-bit. BethINI.exe requires Windows 64-bit, which you should be using since your CPU is 64-bit.

This is correct. I didn't even know that they made 32-bit Windows any more.

i always thougth my pc was 32 bits and never even tried to install a 64 bit windows because the  "default one" or the one they gifted me the pc with was 32 bits. im so stupid omg. thanks, now i can play a lot of games i couldn't play before

Beware Windows 64-bit and native 64-bit applications use a bit more memory than 32-bit, while they perform better. You only have 4 GB RAM (3 GB usable due to integrated GPU I guess) which is really the bare minimum to boot up the OS. Depending on which applications/games you run and how much you multi-task your PC may struggle. I'd recommend at the very least 8 GB RAM, possibly more if your budget permits.

Scratch that, I'm stoopid. The reported 4 GB is because you're running Windows 32-bit. I can't tell how much RAM your PC actually has, but my advice remains.
