Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Downgrade Patch

Ok the 2.0 Skyrim SE guide is great, tons of thanks.

I really like the Step Guide for Skyrim SE. The 2.0 version if for AE. If I downgrade the version with Best of Both Worlds, can I follow the guide and just substitute AE mods with the SE version?

 

I that sounds like a stupid question, it probably is, being really dunce on the topic.
