Can I disable the Bug Fix Spell in Invisibility and Eyes Mesh Fix by HHaleyy?

I really dislike configuration spells that mods add. I was able to remove most of the spells STEP adds via MCM. Can I reinstall the mod and not select the Bug Fix Spell option without issue? Thank you.

Any mods that don't have colored vertical bars at the beginning of their listing are completely optional. See the Mod Table Legend on the Guide.
