Can't find the Mod Organizer Profiles folder

I'm diving back into playing Skyrim after a 3 year hiatus and am attempting to follow the STEP Guide. However, I'm stalled at the start; I can't seem to find my Mod Organizer profiles folder. I've looked in appdata\owner\mod organizer\ and there's no profiles folder. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it. please?

OMG,  I'm sorry.... just now figured out what I was doing wrong by reading the info at the bottom of the MO screen. Was looking in the wrong place.
