"For those of you who came here in the year 2015 I can firmly confirm that this mod works with everything. The .esp only modifies one sound descriptor and nothing else. If you have audio overhaul mods (AOS 2 or ISC) or the "Longer Durations and Annoyance Fixes" mod then place it after those. This is a timeless and very welcome mod for immersion heads."

Not necessarily. LOOT has that rule to begin with. It's actually the last .esp in my personal load order right now (just before any patch plugins).
