Nvidia can't recognize SKSE through ModOrganizer

Hi! i need some help trying to get my Acer laptop to apply the settings from the NVIDIA control panel to SKSE.

I've tried everything i can possibly think of! It works with every other game i play and it only works for skyrim when i don't use ModOrganizer... pls help.

Launch the game, open the console and type in: getskseversion

 

This should tell you if SKSE is installed correctly. Second, make sure you have the SKSE folder installed to MO.

I let me try that really quick.

 

So I checked it! It says “SKSE version: 1.7.3, release six 48, runtime 09200000

 

Is that supposed to tell me if it’s working correctly or not? I’ve reinstalled SKSE anyway just in case but nothing happens.
