Fear and Loathing Screen Resolution Issue

So I've just gotten through the first part of the guide and have finished installing the Flashlight NVSE mod. I booted up to test out, and everything works but the screen is displaying the game in a like 1074x768 box with a black border filling the rest of the screen. I checked my ini files and the screen resolution is set correctly at 1920x1080. Any help here would be appreciated. I'm not sure where I missed something. I tried to take a screenshot, but all I could capture was the internal game screen not showing the black border.

Are you sure you edited the correct INI? MO uses profile specific INIs so if you only changed the default FNV ones that won't work.

No, I only edited the default INI files. Am attempting to edit MO INIs and see if that has an effect.

Found the settings I needed to change in the MO Falloutprefs.ini and it seems to have cleared up. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
