Delete the merge, reinstall the mod as normal and redo the merge again.

Make sure the merge script is configured properly as well.

When I try to run SUM, I get this message

skyproc.exceptions.missingmaster:

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp has some missing masters:

 - Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp

Please activate and try again.

My unofficial Skyrim Patch is active and there are other mods that recognize it as a master. I have tried reinstalling SUM and USKP. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you delete the cell records from the USKP before running the patch? DSR has a hoitfix in place for this but ASIS does not.

Of course, don't forget to reinstall the USKP esp afterwards.

Reinstalling TES5Edit and the merge scripts fixed the issue. Thanks for the help.

Hi Neo, I am upgrading my laptop to a PC, already got all the parts. What is the FPS with your GTX 980? I believed you play on 1440p. Any information on 1080p? Thanks.

I play at 1080P, I have a GTX 970 with an almost full install I droped a few mods I personally dont like 101 bugs, npc knockout and iwas I am using the performance version of vividian with SMAA I'm also using Skyrim HD2K Lite instead of SRO (due to not being able to find a torrent site that wasn't blocked by sky i am think of try noble skyrim texture pack) I get average fps at 55  with the least so far down at 48 but most of the time it hovers around 60fps.

Outdoors I hover around 50 fps pretty much all the time. Indoors is always a solid 60.

Darth_mathias, I highly recommend checking out that Noble Skyrim texture pack.  I load it just before the Vivid series of texture modifications and it is the best look I have found in Skyrim in my opinion (with maybe a couple of small texture exceptions).  I'm surprised it hasn't generated any interest here on the STEP forums.

Are the Immersice citizens plugins even safe to merge at all? They contain navmesh records and you always need to be careful with these kind of mods due to the record "Navigation Mesh Info Map" which can't be merged. I'm not saying merging them will break the mod, because I have no idea. But I would recommend to keep them seperate, if you're not close to the plugin limit.

surely if is wasn't safe Neo wouldn't recommend doing is besides he used the merge in his conflict resolution esp which would mean redoing that

i do find it interesting that he doesn't use the ELE patch included by the mod author.
