Birds and Flocks load order?

I had disabled Birds and Flocks for DynDOLOD, but enabling it causes it to drop back down to the bottom of the list with no indication of where it should go in the load order. Following the STEP Guide, where should the ESP be placed?

Just let LOOT place it where it needs to go.
