I don't know what i am missing or doing wrong, after installing "Unique Flowers and Plants" I went to the cleaning process, loaded only the "Unique Flowers & Plants.esp" and try to apply the script

This script is not present int the scripts available, I downloaded and reinstalled the MXPF from link you provided, and this script is not present, see this picture - https://imgur.com/a/V22td

That script is not present in none of the two possible downloadable files from the link provided.

What i am doing wrong?

You need this
Hishy_Remove_LAND_Records

That exactly my point, i do not find that. I downloaded from "MXPF - Mator's xEdit Patching Framework" and installed the scripts folder (merge) into my TES5Edit installation folder and run it, when i click on the "apply script", that script is not present

I looked inside the zip folder pf MXPF-a (Udate vs 1.1 added macros) and the Hishy_Remove_Land_Records" it is not present, i have download the old version, just in case, but is neither there that script

I am sure i am doing something wrong but i do not know what, just need a little bit of help.. You can see it in this picture - https://imgur.com/a/XFVFD

Can you check what mod places it there?

I would but I honestly have no clue where to start. I loaded up all my plugins in TES5Edit to check what's overwriting MLU levelled lists, but I haven't encountered anything unusual. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong place.

Sorry to ask again but to be clear, sept 4 guide requires the old files version of CR on the nexus and NOT the new npc standalone CR as well?

I already told you the CR from old files on nexus contains the npc retextures. Version 1.27. The only changes from 1.25 are the removal of some unecessary records.

Install MFG console and check which is the record for that weapon by clicking on it when its on the ground. Then in xedit.

Well it originates from Skyrim.esm obviously, but the last edit apparently was made by MLU.esp.

Ok. What record is that?

Well there were two things on the MFGConsole menu.

FormID: 000139ab

and

RefID: ff000822

However checking the FormID in TES5Edit just displays the weapon stats and whatnot. There's nothing about a leveled list.

During the installation of SLE Revisited we installing Deadly Dragons and right afterwards "Deadly Dragons Script Patch" that is not in the LOD list. It is that because Dragon Combat Overhaul makes it unnecessary?
