did you make sure to set UseOSAllocators=1 in Crash fixes ini file? as well some users have to enter -forcesteamloader in the argument section for launching skse through mod organizer. I had same issue, this fixed it for me.

Has any thought been given to adding solitude skyway now that enhanced landscapes was removed? There is also a patch now for LOTD so it seems to work seemlessly so far in my testing of it and the patch in conjunction with the sept 4 stable guide -

@minos55 looks like an issue with xpmse? check the mcm menu for it and make sure all the selcetions are checked as instructed in SLRE base and SLRE extended LOTD guides? that bow looks like its using the "Turn bow" style from the mcm menu. check it and make sure it is set to "default" for npc bow style in mcm menu -

Does the Hott interesting npcs cause any grey face bug? or conflict with any of the other npc retextures at all?, and same for the foxy plugins.. are you only using those specified plugins and is any patching or custom coinflict resolution needed to work with a base SLRE extended LOTD install -

Ok will check tonite when i get off work. If thats the case though will using the creation kit to fix screw up the npcs that are affected by the overhaul mods? -

Thought the face gen data thi g only helps npcs though? All npcs in my game look normal. Only player character has the bug -

hey all. been playing SLRE Extended LOTD for a week no bugs everything looking great. Logged off last nite then logged back in this morning to find my character, (no npcs) had a very dark brown face. I havnt cganged anything with the load order or added mods at all in the week ive been playing, with the exeption of adding pretty animations a few days ago and re ruinning FINIS. only thing i changed last nite was i disabled bathing in skyrim as well as ineed and frostfall via the mcm menu ingame as i wanted to run across map and take screenshots without worrying about the survival aspect. Turning them back on did nothing. Checked all my old saves, my character has a hprribly dark face. very dark brown. (it is a Caucasian nord) tried starting a new character, any race or gender has the same issue. any idea where to start trouble shooting? -

None of those mods are incompatible with lotd or icow?

Curious if anyone has tried the JK or dawn of skyrim city overhauls with SLRE extended LOTD, and if so, besides any nessescary patches, is any custom CR needed? what about applestormy's village overhauls for places like riverwood? I would be up for trying ETAC but think that would have alot of conflicts as it changes the entire layouts of the smaller towns. But i do love that mod and would love to try it.

hey sorry for taking so long to reply had crazy day at work. Anyway i seem to have solved issues.. was checking versions of every mod to make sure they were correct, It seems crash fixes had been updated since my original install of SLRE BASE. Updating it to newest version and noticed on mod page it was very clear to set Expandsystemmemory in enb.local to false I decided to double check it.. It seems that somewhere along the way enb organizer had changed my ini settings.. setting this flag to false, and installing latest crash fixes solved the issue. Thanks all for the suggestions and very sorry to have taken your time. -

I had installed imaginator to tweak the enb colors, as well as organic enb instead of vividian, Dynavision to replace the fps eating enb DOF effects, and true wolves of skyrim texture replacer for wolves.. but deactivated all of them first to see if any of them were causing crash. Everything else is letter to letter according to the sept.4 stable guide. CR file is version 1.27. all other patches and mods are the version number called for in guide. just relaunched game and screenshotted my dyndolod coordinates approx 4 steps away from where I crash on the north side of rorikstead. they are as follows. x-84345.085938, y-21387.242188, z-5556.863281. cell -21.5 block-4.0 subblock -3.0. then to verify entire portion of world inaccessable I ran towards dawnstar in a straight line. I have stable game as long as I stay south of the imaginary line. tried crossing it in several locations, instant crash with no message from crash fixes. no missing masters are showing in MO either. -

sorry. I posted locations in a post on page 210, prob should have quoted it but here is the section about where i crash. " exact spots I crash when walking on foot are just past the farm north of rorikstead, going cross country north from whiterun I crash by the bandit camp crossing the river about 5 mins south of dragonsbridge. Going from whiterun down road towards dawnstar crash shortly after entering dawnstar hold. Cannot take carriage or fast travel succesfully to solitude, dawnstar, or morthal. have sucessfully tested traveling to all other hold capitals without an issue." to make best description if you open the world map and draw a straight line from just north of rorikstead to dawnstar, I crash when I cross that line heading north. Allocators is set to 1. coudnt find a record crash info setting so entered it in th ini. however I have had crash fixes notify me when a bad nif file caused a crash a couple weeks ago. Testing the different profiles in MO, SLRE BASE is still working no problem, its just the extended LOTD profile causing the issues. -

further update on crashing northern part of world, Tried disabling sections of the install one at a time still havnt found the issue. never seen a crash that blocks off half the game for me... going over install guide and integration guide with a fine toothed comb as well now.. looks like i havnt missed anything If there is ANYTHING log or info wise i can share to help diagnose this issue please let me know. I am not computer litterate at all and have spent 3 weeks doing this install. It looks amazing in the areas i can play you guys have done great work. -

OK still crashing any time i go near northern half of world. Still no error message from crash fixes. Things ive tried so far, enabling data sync mode in enb local.ini. re-running dyndolod. launching without dyndolod. disabling enb. Re-installing enb. exact spots I crash when walking on foot are just past the farm north of rorikstead, going cross country north from whiterun I crash by the bandit camp crossing the river about 5 mins south of dragonsbridge. Cannot take carriage or fast travel succesfully to solitude, dawnstar, or morthal. have sucessfully tested traveling to all other hold capitals without an issue. Installation is letter by letter to the guide, except for using organic ENB and imaginator to adjust colors. Also disabled default ENB DOF and installed dynavision as its static DOF is better for performance. Only other difference is using a texture replacer for wolves-"true wolves of skyrim" tried disabling all these mods and running with just guide setup its still crashing. Rest of game runs exellent just cant access anything from rorikstead in a straight line across to morthal. Its like there is an invisible wall causing me to crash anytime i try to go north of it. -

I am using custom memory block though in crash fixes ini. Shoudnt that solve fragmentation? And is there any way to start diagnosing my ctd in any time i go north of whiterun towards these 3 cities? Not sure where to start -

Yes i activated cloaks pf skyrim in that mcm menu. Problem went away when i deactivated the nerevar 2k retexture. -

Finished installation and went to test. game looks amazing and plays very smooth, with the odd CTD "Failed to allocate memory" which im guessing is due to windows 10. However, Whenever I try to travel to solitude, dragonsbridge, dawnstar, or morthal, either via carriage or by walking, i get a CTD. Carriage i will hop in then enter loading screen, then CTD. going on foot, I ctd as soon as i enter dawnstar hold going into it from whiterun, or heading north from whiterun towards solitude I ctd coming up to the bandit camp on the bridge. Ive tried going off road, it simply appears something is causing this part of the entire map to be inaccessible. I get no error report from Crash fixes for this CTD either. Any ideas on how to resolve it? any logs i can copy and paste for diagnosis? As well, any way to reduce the "Failed to allocate memory" crash? its not game breaking but its happening once every half hour or so so very annoying.

Update on missing cape textures.. still gettimg the purple misding tecture bug on farkas and whiterun guard capes. The textures are there in mod folder just not showing in game so those two capes are bright purple. Not sure how to fix? -

good day everyone. finally finished installation with 2 variations. added true wolves of skyrim and imaginator. found one bug so far.. when approaching whiterun where the comp-anions aree fighting a giant, i see that farkas's cloak is missing the texture. I have reinstalled cloaks of skyrim textures as well as the HD textures for skyrim cloaks again, but it is still showing up purple. any ideas how to fix? -

Only asking cause the sept 4 stable guide references a version of the CR that as pf yestereday evening wasnt showing on the nexus
