  1. Greetings peoples. I've recently run into an issue where my Whiterun large lods, the ones tll doesn't turn off, won't unload. I've done some testing on my end and after speaking with some other people it was suggested it is due to my whiterun interior being larger than the exterior. Has anyone run into this particular situation? Thanks in advance!
  2. Summermyst doesn't have a WAFR True Weapons option IIRC... all of the lists are ordered with orcish -> dwarven -> elven ordering rather than dwarven -> elven -> orcish... It's a serious PITA to even think about re-ordering them all by hand.
  3. Latest. Guide will be updated soon
  4. You have to close mo, paste the file into the correct profiles folder, and then re-open mo. You do this once before merging and once after and yes it does contain merged files. 'Ello, sorry I've been unable to update the guide for a while but you should still be able to complete with few problems. Looks like steveo hid his files.. hopefully he comes back. If he doesn't just drop those and remove whatever patches were depending on them. They aren't critical to anything.
  5. Simplest answer is just include ele patches with your ele merge and position the plugins appropriately.
  6. For snowfall I believe you deactivate all VW ESP
  7. I prefer YASH... Paul prefers YASH... but they're both good fun. YASH didn't mess up the mage system... you have a chance to fizzle spells that goes down as you get higher skill in the govering school of magic. Enemies follow the same system... Everything in YASH that affects you also affects the enemy... You should really spend some time reading the YASH mod page to figure out for yourself which you'd prefer to use.
  8. Hmmmm, I think that's only for the YASH guide. Should add a note since hte pages are shared.
  9. Correct; in the end you want to only have the ESP replacer in our downloads. The only reason we have people download RS from nexus is so that original author can keep credit/get better stats.
  10. I guess it doesn't matter that it's been offline as the only thing it contains that we use is one esp file... that we replace with our customized version. The only reason we had people download it was to provide stats for the author. You can switch to downloading the standard non-jit RS w/o patches and keep the esp replacement instructions and you'd get the same result.
  11. Actually xEdit has a built-in comparison tool for that. It won't let you see the enchantments at the same time... but you could have two xedits open to aid in reviewing enchantments alognw itht he weapon/armor worksheet tool.
  12. Hmmmm that's strange. Thanks for the bug reports. Next time I have time to work through guide updates and such I'll look into fixing the issues reported. Again, sorry for lack of updates lately... just been a hectic time. Seems like Paul has been busy too.
  13. Check the Requiem Minor Arcana mod page for instructions about compass if you want to bring back more markers. I wouldn't load up Warzone's with Requiem.. I think you'd have more success with the YASH guide. Feel free to try it out and let us know how it goes :D Requiem Minor Arcana improves the civil war but it's nothing like Warzones... I'm not aware of any mods that bulk overhaul existing dungeon layouts.
  14. LotD update should be safe... I'll probably end up updating a few of our guide specific patches to account for changes but nothing should actually break... Updating UnmeiX's patches will not break anything but there are many cases where we are overwriting values for consistency as it hadn't been updated in ages while requiem had been changing... Again, safe ot update.. eventually I'll update our custom patches to not overwrite values that no longer need overwriting.. Sorry for the overall lack of activity. I've simply had no time for gaming in the past couple months.. what time I've had has simply been responding on the forums here. Ah, that sucks. I've never noticed that but then again I haven't done a vanilla start in ages. The opening scene is HEAVILY scripted and as such is very sensitive to script latency... it can cause all kinds of issues including the typoes of things you are mentioning.
  15. Ah, the assumption in YASH is that you're nobody... You're literally a peasant farmer with no skills at the start. One should not expect to dominate anything in the beginning. Start by training some skills with the training dummies... you can get to lvl 15 in 1-handed, 2-Handed, Markmsman and Destruction utilising them... Alternatively try starting some alchemy... There's lots of ways to get going just don't expect to lay waste to bandits and such at lvl 1 :)
  16. You need to install a preset of some sort. The instructions at the beginning of the guide for just the 3 enb files won't leave you with a working installation... The assumption is that you will install a full preset of your choosing and configure WLSO to match...
  17. Are you looking at the Requiem or YASH guide? DCO can be added to both but I'd be careful about increasing dragon difficulty on either... but especially on Requiem. You may find yourself unable to deal with it. I'm unfamiliar with Traderoutes so no comment there... 750M is a 2GB card I believe... you'll need to be very very careful with your texture budget and forego alot of the optionals but yes.. I think it's possible.
  18. Babette is from eyes of beauty and is either disabled or merged... i forget.. check instructions. Moss - Legendary is merged as part of lecm... check instructions TrueWeaponsLvlLists isn't used in either guide IIRC... check wafr/ccor instructions.. i forget which provides the file.
  19. The correct way to turn off DoF is to edit the [EFFECT] section of enbseries.ini to set EnableDepthOfField=false I think you'd improve the look for your game immensely by switching your WLSO to either NLA or NLVA and your ENB to a compatible preset.. The actual NLA/NLVA presets themselves are very good.. additionally you have Tetrachromatic for NLVA, Rudy for NLA or NLVA, Morkt for NLVA.. I'd suggest starting with NLA based WLSO + NLA Preset and play with that for a while.. get a feeling for it then swap your preset to Rudy for NLA... This will let you know what type of ENB you really prefer...
  20. Your card has an effective 3.5GB of VRAM... the last 500mb is much much slower than normal. This is a well documented issue with the 970... That's why you have a fluid game at 3.45GB VRAM usage. You could try SMC Lite.. it should clock in at under 4GB of VRAM as it was designed for 2-3gb cards. You'll still get the same look and feel the guide is designed for... just more performance friendly.
  21. There's basically nothing you can do to get a heavily modded skyrim to lock at 60fps in places like dragonreach steps because it's heavily CPU bound and primarily single threaded... Now you could definitely lock in around 60 wandering the woods, chillin' in a cave, that sort of thing... but the known troublespots will still tank your fps still. The 1080 will give you headroom to run any enb you want as well as to not worry about texture budget as much. Should be noted that your FPS is definitely lower than it would be if you weren't recording to YouTube. Also, unless you just really love your DoF, turning off DoF will regain you 5-10 FPS. Have fun :D I'm interested in knowing how you like the gameplay once you get further into YASH Why did you choose Vividian?
  22. Do not use ASM or any othe rsimilar mod with this guide... the amount of conflicts you'll have to deal with are... stupdendous.
  23. We're not running CCOR which is what normally adds all of those deconstruction options to vanilla equipment. You could add CCOR but it overwrites alot of YASH changes if loaded after. It's possible, via some editing of the CCOR esp, to pull in JUST the added decon recipes without much work... an hour or two in xedit tops... I'm sure there's people that'd be interested if you wanted to take that on. I just don't really have any time to muck around with things this month. What i'd really like is a CCOR Lite that just does the recipe additions / rebalancing without all of the other adjustments to the actual items it makes... I may do that next month.
