  1. Aye, it's just a matter of wanting to do it. I'm a software dev so I type for a living.. I'm personally not interested in spending my free time typing into a wiki as well :D
  2. The point of NPC Fixer is to catch conflicts with NPC's.. With various race mods/npc overhauls/height adjusters/mortal enemy changes/etc running it was simpler to me to just have one location for npcs and one for races to do at quickchange restores into. Load it before the NPC Fixer and just restore the relevant fields.
  3. If someone will dedicate to maintaining the guide I'll fix the relevant patches.. I never had any interest in doing wiki editing... Paul and I split the workload with him maintaining the wiki and me designing the load order and making it all work together... Paul no longer has skyrim installed and has no interest in updating the wiki until after it can be converted to SSE.
  4. Consider js armored circlets maybe? Also consider js dragon claws rather than gemling. The difference is awesome.
  5. Then just edit the record for septim and change the weight to 0..? It's one data point on one record.
  6. What gives the impression that this is required?
  7. You have an older version of relinker that crashes when relinking the minty lightning scripts. Just update to latest version and you should be fine. edit: Oh... just read the post by Whetstone now... That's confusing. I know the original version or two had the problem with minty lightning.. I helped ganda track that down around.. Maybe this is a new issue unrelated. Sorry for confusion.
  8. Exactly how I do it as well. No clu eif the CR fixes the Undeath/MAS conflicts.. The patch in question just removes a few signs relating to little vivec iirc.
  9. I can try to update it this weekend... I posted a link to another description i made a page or two back... You don't have to do the filtering it just makes things take less time.. Just open up your RFTI, expand NPC_ section, highlight all the NPC.. rightclick -> apply script.. choose AT QuickChange.. Follow the instructions in the other post, paraphasing you hit the + button a three times... change dropdown to restore.. enter in the paths mentioned in the other thread.. HCLF NAM9 Head Parts and Tint Layers I think? Choose your first character overhaul mod in the dropdowns.. hit go.. wait for like 10m since you didn' filter... then repeat for each character overhaul in laod-order order.. if you merged them all then obvoiusly there's only the one... NPC Retextures For races expand Race Fixer -> RACE section.. find the elvish records.. Bosmer, Altmer, Dunmer and their vampire equivalents.. Just do normal conflict resolution into RFTI.. I think there were some height changes that needed forwarded.. maybe one other thing? Not doing these steps will not break the game for you... you're NPCs just won't look exactly as planned... So if you can't figure it out skip the step or wait until images are added back to the guide.
  10. Np, glad to help. Ask whatever you need to and I'll asnwer as I can. :)
  11. ICAIO stuff isn't in any merge because the guide doesn't officially support ICAIO even though we've patched some things for people. Feel free to create your own merge for it if you want to save plugin space.
  12. I'm not sure that I follow. Hit us with a screenshot of the rightside of your MO, or a pastebin link, or a modwat.ch or whatever.
  13. You probably haven't installed a full ENB preset yet.. If you try to leave the cell with just the stubbed out files installed as part of the guide you're going to crash. We don't have you install a full preset since we don't support any particular ENB and have set it up such that the WLSO section is 100% configurable to allow you to use ANY ENB you want... You do, however, have to pick something.
  14. There's nothign fancy in there and it's pretty straigt forward to re-use. Also take a look at how we did the tables on the WLSO page.. could come in handy for some of your merging/finish line stuff.
  15. Check the link I posted earlier... it's the original message I left i the Requiem forum when I was figuring things out.. I think it includes an image... All that matters is you're restoring the visual fields from npc retextures to RFTI... If you don't do it you smply don't get the updated visuals your game isn't broken..
  16. We recreated the look and feel of the templates by utilizing html and css directly.. only way we were able to quit hitting the template cap. The page splitting was more for convenience in the end.

  18. I can dedicate a bit of time each week to fixing things that need fixed.
  19. Or that, in the hundreds of hours I've played of skyrim, I've only actually ridden a horse once or twice. ;) Feel free to disregard load order if you want but it's correct for the contents of the guide at the time of writing... If there's a race conflict causing issues with IH then I probably missed a forward to race fixer or a patch. If you go mussing with the load order much you're going to need to tweak some of the patches. Paul no longer has time to maintain the guide and I've really just been the guy making it all work together. I have no interest in wiki updates. I'll keep helping answering questions as I can in the thread but unless someone steps up to maintain the wiki things will continue to slide out of date. This applies to the YASH guide as well.
  20. I haven't looked at the contents of this pack in ages unfortunately. :( Having said that World's Dawn is compatible with almost everything except Elemental Destruction Magic and Summermyst. There's nothing I recall from here that would cause issues. Expect to bump your difficulty up a bit since over time it obviously makes you stronger than you would otherwise be.
  21. Pop World's Dawn in alongside Wintermyst or without it... See what you think. It spiced things up quite nicely for me.
  22. Have you ever tried World's Dawn? :)
  23. Screenshots of the issue can be found here I've used tll at tha tpoint and show before/after disabling on two of the stuck lods. Only thing loaded consists of: Skyrim Update Dawnguard HearthFires Dragonborn USLEEP Merge Resources esm DDL Addons merge (DesyncBirdsOfPrey, HighHrothgarWindowGlow) Skyrim Exteriors Merge DynDOLOD.esp Upon looking those records up in xedit the record in DDL is a visible when distant REFR named WRWallGateTarTrap01_DynDOLOD_LOD [sTAT:0900144B] and the editor id leads me to a Visible when distant REFR in my merge.. NAME of WRWallGateTarTrap01[sTAT: 00042515] The WRWallGateTarTrap01 is part of Skyrim.esm is not overridden and should appear as it does in your Skyrim.esm Has Distant LOD w/ 3 LOD nif's attached The merge mentioned is a giant skyrim overhaul I'm working on with a couple other people and is not available publicly. What sort of things should I look at in the modifications to these structures that could trigger the stuck lods? I'm generally fine figuring these sorts of things out on my own but in this case I just don't know enough to even properly ask the right questions...
  24. This is on a fresh game, simply choosing "New Game" and then using tmm 1 w/ fast travel or coc to whiterun from main menu... I tried both since I thought that maybe coc from main menu wasn't giving dyndolod time to initialize and it was somehow causing issues. Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology but the only lods affected are the ones for the large structures that don't disappear when you type tll into the console... The guard towers, walls, etc. It was suggested to me that the interior of whiterun being larger than the exterior of whiterun was somehow related but if that's not the case then great. You obviously know more than anyone else on this topic :D I've thoroughly read the FAQ and common troubleshooting steps and have been using dyndolod since it was released. I think this is an uncommon situation.
