Can I use ENBoost, HialgoBoost, Stable Ugrids to load, the SSME patch or SKSE's version and similar enhancements while using your SPINI?

How, exactly does this help? Does it make the game run better or smoother, or less CTDs or just neatens up Bethesda's mess of an ini file system?
