  1. WHOO HOO! Wildcat Also, should I be able to craft lock picks? I would think I can but I can't find anyway to do it. And are my enchantments supposed to wear off so quickly? My Dawnbreaker and Axe of Whiterun seem like they only last a few hits. Thanks.
  2. The chicken health values were actually in the skytest.esm (less spawns, SIP). It must have just changed though because my asis still had different values (I reran asis for 1.44 but not for 1.46 yet). I din't see "snow fox" in skytest.esm though so I'm not sure what to make of that. I'm hoping the invisible foxes in my game are just due to asis needing to be updated. I also noticed a lot of the new skytest packages dealing with fire and other things weren't included in my animal tweaks merge so I'm not sure if crushboss purposely left them out or if he just didn't notice them.
  3. I ran into some invisible snow foxes earlier (the only reason I knew they were there was because I had a soul cloak active at the time) so I'm looking in t5e to try and figure it out and I noticed that chickens have health 0 with a health offset of -5. I'm not sure I understand these settings correctly or if these values are as straightforward as they seem (though health offset setting makes no sense to me, unless it's somehow tied to skill level) but that could be where the problem is.
  4. Yep. I just changed his skills per level to 1.4 or something, I'll have to check when I get home. I think his default is 1.5 or 1.6.
  5. I'm using dreadflops uncapper and it's pretty good. A little quick upfront but once you hit level 15 it really slows down.
  6. Hey Neo. It looks like Proudspire Manor has a juniper tree in it that could use some pruning. I don't believe I have any mods affecting the home but it's the first time I've actually purchased it so it's tough to say.
  7. Since we're discussing the landscape/clutter merge, here's how mine is set up: Assuming the merge is after xp32, the skeletons need to be removed from the merge folder. The esp needs to be placed before DCO.It's the first time I've used the spoiler so I hope it works right.
  8. I agree with paul. To me clutter and landscape go quite well together and there's no need to separate them. The whole point of a merge is to reduce esps so taking one apart just because doesn't make sense to me. As long as they merge together I don't see the problem.
  9. I'm confused, does the basic version of SSR work with Ordinator? I know the description says that it doesn't add perks but it does change some, so I always thought it still conflicted and wouldn't work with Ordinator whereas RAID would.
  10. Is anyone using SMAA with an nvidia driver past 362? I rolled back so I could use SMAA and haven't bothered updating recently. The new one sounds like it fixes a lot of issues, however, so I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble.
  11. I've tried a few Dwemer Ruins textures and am really liking this one: Granite Markarth and Dwemer Ruins. It is a good combination of white and gritty, with parallax to boot. Unfortunately the best metal retex is no longer available, Skyrim Realistic Texture Overhaul - Dwemer.
  12. I've been testing it out and it works wonders so far. My load times are much, much faster and I played for quite a while, doing quests from Whiterun to Riften, in and out of many buildings and I never crashed. Usually that much activity would most likely lead to my memory capping out.
  13. I'm not sure it's even a bug. According to Tes5Edit, she shouldn't be training you to begin with. In fact, there is no adept Heavy Armor trainer in the game and no Class record for it, at all. The wikis say she should but, just like the video you posted and the comments with it, the internet is full of people complaining that she doesn't offer the dialogue. As near as I can tell, she's behaving just like she should. I could be wrong though so I was hoping someone else might double check, either in T5E or in game, to make sure I'm not just being dumb tonight. If I'm right it would finally explain the problem that I've been having for the last week. edit: I've also finally figured out that turning off "only train in the yard" in ESF gives me the training options back with the companions. I wasn't getting any of the training options from any of the companions (yes, in the yard, during the day (11 am and 1 pm)) but now that I've deselected that option I get all the training options again. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem or if it was just me. My only guess, if it's just me, is due to dynamic stealth but even that seems like a strange conflict to have.
  14. Ok, trying to train in Heavy Armor is really starting to drive me nuts. According to elderscrolls.wikia and most of the rest of the internet Hermir Strongheart is supposed to be an adept/journeyman trainer. I haven't been able to get the training dialogue with her though. Looking in T5E, her class is only blacksmith. So I figured out where to look and, looking under Class in Skyrim.esm, there isn't even a TrainerHeavyArmorJourneyman editor ID listed. I've looked through the list several times to make sure and there isn't. There's a master and an expert, both pointing to whom the internet says they should be pointing to, but no journeyman. Is the internet wrong on this one and she shouldn't be offering me training in heavy armor or am I just really confused about something?
  15. It's from Weapon and Armor Attributes, under miscellaneous.
  16. No, not that I've noticed. Do you mean in the inventory or the SkyUI active effects HUD? The only problems I've had with it is that I use 3 rings and 2 amulets and when I change a ring, after deselecting one of the three, it will move ring two to the new one, so I click ring two again, it moves ring one to that one, still giving me 2/3 rings, but then selecting the third works (if that made sense). It's a minor annoyance and not worth dropping the mod, IMO. The other issue is in AH Hotkeys-if I set a couple rings to be used with my stealth outfit, for example, it messes it up. It's easiest just not to have the rings as part of the gear in AHH. Again, a minor annoyance that would be nice if it worked but it's understandable why it wouldn't.
  17. I use ek ring limiter and it works great. You can set both the number of rings and the number of amulets also.
  18. That's what I thought but I just recently completed the wuuthrad quest and still no option. They're all out in the yard, training themselves, so I'm assuming that that's the right time but I could be wrong. It's not a huge deal, I mainly want to train in heavy armor and two-handed weapons so I can finally lose the penalty for using a heavy shield and other items, such as mixed gear. I used to use the disparity speed fix but when waa and vigor were first released there were speed issues which seemed to be fixed when I used his speed fix instead. I should go back to using disparity to see if that helps. @Baron No, only super slow in a brawl. No, only the waa fix, not disparity or BV. They stop fighting. The problem isn't with the brawl bug, it doesn't happen when vigor and waa are inactive.
  19. You can disable them via the mcm without removing the mod so it's not dangerous. With Vigor active they stop fighting after a couple punches. With WAA active my punches are very slow since I have the speedfix active via WAA. None of that is my problem though, I was just curious if others had any issues with companions offering training or if I'm misunderstanding the game mechanic. I'm sure it's probably just the later and they'll offer it once I figure out the stage and time to ask.
  20. Thanks. I'm only using EBT textures but I am using brawl bugs as well as the "cheat" which is supposed to fix some of the additional problems that can occur. Despite this, I still need to disable vigor and waa before every brawl. This still didn't help out my problems with the companions though. ESF has a fix in the mcm which did the trick. My problem is still getting them to offer training, however. I've done the circle after the first quest with farkas but I'm not sure if I'm actually a companion yet (Zora swears I am) or if I'm hitting them up during their scheduled training hours. After playing the "how many mods can I play with before my game explodes game" for all this time I'm discovering how little I know about the game and the mods that I've been "using" for ages now now that my game is actually stable. It's such a weird feeling not having my game go to hell on me already. I'm level 28, which is the highest I've ever been, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around training in general, as well as the companions specifically.
  21. Does anyone have any issues sparring with the companions? First, I don't have any options to train with any companions but I'm guessing that's been replaced by sparring? I'm not really sure if that's what's going on or if I have some other issue I'm unaware of. Second, when I do spar as soon as I get a hit in they tell me I'm not supposed to use magic and the fight is done. I've turned off WAA and Vigor and even stripped all of my armor off and use an unenchanted weapon but I still get the message. Is anyone successfully sparring with them or , better yet, getting the training option? Thanks. edit: Ok, I figured out you can turn of the no magic option in the mcm. However, they completely kick my ass so I guess I'll give up on that. Eveything I can find, however, makes it sound like I should have the training options though. All I can find on the ESF page is that they have training "schedules". Isn't this when they're out in the training yard? That's when I'm trying to talk to them and I have a lot of dialogue options but none related to training.
  22. The compatibility section on the EL page says to load CRF.esp after any EL files.
  23. Twice as fast as a Titan X. $599. May 27 release. It took the three points I was looking for in the release and greatly exceeded my wildest hopes. Looks like this 980ti is going up on Ebay way sooner than I had planned.
  24. I'm a big fan of both of these. I couldn't play without them, especially music merge.
  25. EMD is insane, even with DD set to vanilla. I guess us milkdrinkers could use the easier esps if necessary. I'm level 18 and it seems I barely damage the dragons. I've only got to fight two so far though; I've actually had two fly overhead and circle for a little bit before flying off into the horizon. Not only are they tough but they're little teases as well.
