  1. I added the aMidianBorn textures for IA and, in my opinion, they look awesome - Especially the leather, which my character is wearing.Where can I find that? Nvm. Found it. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29167/? Unfortunately, I only find maybe 4 or 5 armors from Immersive Armors attractive and I'm pretty sure Amidianborn doesn't touch it :-/.Â
  2. I've never heard this before. Where did you hear that?
  3. I can't really tell from the screenshots...but what are the resolutions for these armors? Do you guys think they look good texture-wise? Nvm they are 1k. It says in the description.
  4. Just an FYI, the author says in the comments that the mod isn't patched for ELFX yet.
  5. Yup. If you look at the bottom of his mills page, he has a link to his other mods.
  6. I wonder if this can be used with Better Town Textures and Better Mills.
  7. Hm. Ok. Which was it? Does BSA overwrite Loose Files? Or do Loose Files overwrite BDA? I think BSA overwrites Loose Files. Anyway, I'll fire this up after the Weekend and give it a go. I think you're right in that the LORE-Mod screens probably won't show and that's fine since I've seen all of them 900 times and I don't even really like them anyway. How do you know when you hit the 255 limit (besides manually counting)? Does WB/MO give you a notice?Loose files overwrite BSAs (otherwise you wouldn't be able to change any vanilla texture/script without putting it in BSA), but that doesn't matter for these mods, there's nothing to be overwritten by either of them. There's a Mod Index column in the plugins tab in Mod Organizer, and right now, my merged patch which is last on the list has the index FF (255 in hex), that's how I know if I hit the limit. And there's also a warning if you get over that number in the warnings section. Now I'm paranoid. I'll have to go count :P.Â
  8. Without compares, I honestly can't tell if I like this or not. Also, the author seems to be using an extremely saturated ENB. I do like the author's Better Towns Textures mod though so I'm sure I'd like this too. I don't think he makes his own textures. He instead uses other textures and increases the variability of them to make the areas look more diversified and different. EDIT: NVM, like I said, there's no need for comparing since it uses your own textures. I'm definitely downloading this.
  9. For what its worth, I also use Safety Load & a modified skse loader dll (mem blocks 768/256) as well as a.245 binary enb preset (enboost) and I do not suffer CTD or ILS. This is run on an i7 4770 (3.5GHz) with 16 GB Ram & GTX 670 (2GB Vram). I have ugrids set to 7 with ewi65's v31 ini files (available on Nexus) and Cell Stabilizer. I am running a grotesque (by STEP standards) collection of 414 mod packages/235 esp files. I have played for as long as 7 hours straight without a CTD or ILS occurring, averaging 32 fps (give or take 2 fps according to Skyrim Performance Monitor), I shut down because I needed sleep. So as far as my non scientific testing goes, seems stable.Does your FPS tank around the forest surrounding Riften? I have an R9 290 (4gb VRAM) and I get the same fps as you with fps dipping down to 18 around the area I just mentioned. I can't for the life of me figure out why I'm getting such low fps. I think AMD just runs horribly with Bethesda games regardless of how much power/vram it has.Â

  11. I'm not saying TEST THIS MOD RIGHT NOW DAMMIT but I think it should be added to the [Testing] queue for inclusion in S.T.E.P., just so that we do not lose track of it. It can be reviewed whenever all of us have time.
  12. 'Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think somebody ....blah blah blah. That is what RedIrishLord was saying but accidentally included it in the quote box.
  13. CJ2311, since I won't be able to do this until next week, can you see what happens if you use this along with 'Lore-Based Loading Screens'?
  14. Octopuss owes me a beer :-). I'm in NJ, USA. You're buying tonight.Â
  15. It's not perfect. Some of the stones still have strange squiggles in them, even with ENB enabled, but it's only noticeable if you look very closely. You can see it in this GIF. It's not a big deal and overall, the mod does an awesome job with this. I'm pretty sure PPR only applies to large cities.
  16. Also, btw, if you're not aware, there is a bug with the PPR ELFX Patch (only required if you use ELFX EXTERIORS). NEO's SR:LE guide points it out so check that out so you can avoid the bug. It's just one mesh file in Markarth that's messed up. Neo and myself both pointed this out to the PPR author but he just ignored us and said that the file was fine (laziness on his part honestly).
  17. I think AOF was booted from S.T.E.P. in the first place in favor of SRO. I never got to see a compare so that would be cool to look again. I also use Better Town Textures - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46121/? & ImpeREAL Empire - Unique Cities - Falkreath - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31450/? So I'm not sure how well these would be for testing for me personally :-P.
  18. How do you do this? In the enblocal.ini file' date=' add/change this line : [FIX] IgnoreLoadingScreen=true[/quote']Thanks. In terms of this mod (since it's using pictures instead of stealing objects/creatures/people from the game), do I need to do this?
  19. I swear I would do this myself, but I will not be back home until Monday....can someone quickly check to see if this can be combined with 'Lore-Based Loading Screens by Chesko'? (the mod that is already in the Interface Section of S.T.E.P.) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21265/? How do you do this?
  20. Oh ok. I see what you're saying. Yes, basically if you use mods with Parallax (Real Ice EXCLUDE), then you need to use a recent copy of ENB since it fixes a lot of the Parallax bugs that Vanilla won't be able to fix, right? So that's why Parallax is never recommended for S.T.E.P. since S.T.E.P. doesn't use ENB. Fortunately, when looking at the Vivid Landscape mod, it offers a patch for non-ENB users. Either it uses a different form of Parallax or just removes the Parallax textures from the mod.Â
  21. Can you expand on that? What do you mean the implementation system is bugged? And for the record, I'm using 0.245.Â
  22. Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. I just didn't want to change my load order. I want to stay true to 2.2.7. Just my OCD wanting to keep everything nice and organized :-P. Salvador, thanks again for spending time fixing this mod. I love not having floating waterfalls near Whiterun anymore. I know you've been busy so your dedication is pristine.
