  1. Thanks for posting this. For now until further testing is done, I recommend adding the bash tags manually in Wrye Bash itself. Are you using 305?
  2. This looks more like it has to do with the installed files. The loot API seems to want the bash tag file which should be taglist.yaml. So although I am not sure what is causing the error and I have limited knowledge of Python, that is where I would be looking. I really recommend for most people to use 305 of Wrye Bash for Skyrim. I also recommend that you use the EXE installer so you don't miss installing any files. TES5Edit users have been experiencing odd issues with some virus programs, especially Kaspersky Antivirus. So for testing run things with your virus software disabled, and run programs as Admin. Another user had an error with the bash tag map.
  3. Thanks for letting me know. I can't give an ETA but when Fallout support is finished being added to the Skyrim/Oblivion version that should no longer be an issue.
  4. Sorry fireundubh not trying to derail the thread but as people are helping test Wrye Flash and use it with your script so this is probably a good of a place as any to contact me until I can find an alternative. Especially with the FO3 version moderated for now because of the Nexus virus scanner and my file upload issues. Wrye Flash for Fallout 3 and FNV are based off of version 294 so Wrye does things like it used to in the past. Another example of how old the program is, Wrye Flash does not interface with the LOOT masterlist or taglist data. All LOOT bash tag suggestions need to be applied manually. Until recently there was no Standalone version. I got lucky that the TES4/TES5 scripts for making the Standalone version worked for Fallout. Wrye Flash was Python only and there wasn't an EXE isntaller. That is mostly why you see that file structure in the zip archive. I am only updating the patchers for Valda's version so they can be used as a baseline for my updates to the current Skyrim/Oblivion version. I believe in the past you could locate Wrye in any location. I don't know the program and Python well enough to properly answer your question but I do not believe you need to give Wrye Flash any special permissions. I would located it in the game folder just to be safe and avoid potential issues running it.
  5. For now I have to link to my OneDrive because even Mediafire is giving me difficulties. Go to my OneDrive. I use it as a Mirror just for this reason. Look for the files that say Wrye Flash 30.7 and then Python or Standalone. Version 30.7 is for Fallout 3. Because of the Nexus issue post at the Fallout 3 Bethesda link I provided earlier. You will know it's the correct thread because I will be posting links to an experimental version 306.0.14. Post all requests and bugs there so I can find them easily until the Nexus issue is resolved. However, I will probably make a new download link so that when they moderate the file I'm not locked out. If you don't have a Bethesda account and don't wish to make one PM me here or start another thread wherever applicable.
  6. I'll provide links in a bit. I didn't know I would have issues with the nexus. I have to upload a file 5 times sometimes. After each upload attempt I download it and test it with a 7zip and it's normally corrupt. I got lucky and Comcast had an available technician and he is here now. He says there is a lot of noise on the cable lines and that it's out in the street so I have to wait for them to clear it up today or tomorrow. After I get the best connection I can noisy or not I'll provide some links. ______________________________________ I don't know what I am going to do with the nexus. I think I will have to rename Valda's versions and then make my own so I am the author. When the file is moderated I no longer have access. I have been wanting to have xEdit and Wrye bash somewhere other then the nexus. Does STEP. Offer file hosting? If so would they allow me to host a project that has several versions in addition to the Skyrim version? Are there any options for me?
  7. Since the two of you have more mods then me can you guys please test Wrye Flash 30.6 for FO3?
  8. I updated Wrye Flash for Fallout NV so test the script and the tagging with it and report any issues. I'll update Wrye Flash for FO3 later. Just remember that these versions read the plugin header, the BOSS masterlist (if found), and taglist.txt (if I update it, which I haven't) by running a script that reads the BOSS masterlist. So unless all the tags entered into the LOOT masterlist are also entered into the BOSS masterlist then the tags are not automatically applied to Wrye Flash. Only the 306.0.14 Experimental Beta uses the LOOT masterlist and taglist data because it's it based off of 305.
  9. Do you have 3.0.33? There is no TES3Edit and no BOSS or LOOT for Morrowind. Although there is a Wrye Mash. u'Body-F', u'Body-M', u'Body-Size-M', u'Body-Size-F', u'C.Climate', u'C.Light', u'C.Music', u'C.Name', u'C.RecordFlags', u'C.Owner', u'C.Water', u'Deactivate', u'Delev', u'Eyes', u'Factions', u'Relations', u'Filter', u'Graphics', u'Hair', u'IIM', u'Invent', u'Names', u'NoMerge', u'NpcFaces', u'R.Relations', u'Relev', u'Scripts', u'ScriptContents', u'Sound', u'SpellStats', u'Stats', u'Voice-F', u'Voice-M', u'R.Teeth', u'R.Mouth', u'R.Ears', u'R.Head', u'R.Attributes-F', u'R.Attributes-M', u'R.Skills', u'R.Description', u'R.AddSpells', u'R.ChangeSpells', u'Roads', u'Actors.Anims', u'Actors.AIData', u'Actors.DeathItem', u'Actors.AIPackages', u'Actors.AIPackagesForceAdd', u'Actors.Stats', u'Actors.ACBS', u'NPC.Class', u'Actors.CombatStyle', u'Creatures.Blood', u'Actors.Spells', u'Actors.SpellsForceAdd', u'NPC.Race', u'Actors.Skeleton', u'NpcFacesForceFullImport', u'MustBeActiveIfImported', u'Npc.HairOnly', u'Npc.EyesOnly' Just make a Bash patch and if any of those records are not patched correctly, post in the threads I listed previously. I'll tell you if it's not possible to patch something.
  10. EssArrBee is correct. The release versions of Wrye Flash for FO3 and FNV patch a lot of things. The official versions from Valda are on the Fallout Nexus sites. Only the 306.0.14 Beta has less patchers and Bash tags because it is the TES4/TES5 version and I am adding Fallout support. Once 306 can patch the same records as Valda's versions then it will become the new official version. That will be a while because I want to update Valda's versions so that it can be used as a baseline to verify that the 306 update produces an accurate patch compared to Valda's versions.
  11. I really appreciate the update to this script. It will be a blessing for Skyrim once it can process the limited amount of tags that are available. I would appreciate it if any requests for updates for Valda's Wrye Flash are made to the following threads so I can keep things organized. I would like to avoid reading posts on multiple sites. Fallout 3 Fallout NV For Skyrim you can use the following thread but keep in mind that I have limited programming knowledge. Unless other people volunteer the available patchers will be limited. Skyrim
