  1. Kaspersky is nervous and blocks the .exe: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Bazon.a
  2. Sheson, this day I removed v1.47 and started with v1.49 and I got this error: [...] [00:04:34.066] Creating atlas textures C:\Steam\#DynDOLOD Output\Textures\DynDOLOD\LOD\DynDOLOD_Atlas_DeepwoodRedoubtWorld.dds from 22 textures Exception in unit line -1: Error in unit 'userscript' on line 277 : Too many actual parameters [Apply Script done] Processed Records: 0, Elapsed Time: 04:56 (I have unchecked Blackreach to see if the error only occurs there but it still occurs). Any idea? Please let me know if you need more information.
  3. Many thanks for the update(s). I'm using 1.47 nd it works fine. Is there an advantage to upgrade to 1.49?
  4. You can put Dyndolod files in one or more zip files and activate them like any other mods file via NMM for example.
  5. Ah, I remember... MO uses virtual install... so in your game dir there are not all the ESMs/ ESP? Sorry, not my business, that's why I NEVER will use MO for Skyrim.
  6. *LOL* Try using TES5Edit vial Windows shortcut with parameters and not via MO. If the error don't come up the problem comes from MO and not from TES5Edit.
  7. You're using MO... And in Skyrim you've to use TES5Edit.exe And always... CHEEKI BREEKI
  8. First: read the TES5Edit Readme.txt from the package FO4Edit 3.1.3 - 67b61d7-2737-3-1-3.7z Then: You have to start FO4Edit/ TES5Edit via shortcut with parameters. As an example I show you mine: "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\TES5Edit.exe" -l:german -IKnowWhatImDoing -o:"C:\Steam\#DynDOLOD Output" Means: language = German no warning requesters output goes into C:\Steam\#DynDOLOD Output
  9. Ah, okay, good to know, thank you.
  10. Sorry to ask this here, it might be the wrong place but regarding my question about tree LODs I tried to open .btt files in Nifskope but I only get the gizmo, no mesh is showing up. And an error message: ""failed to load file header (version 14000005, 20.0.0.5)"" "failed to load nif from 'C:/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data/meshes/Terrain/dlc2solstheimworld/Trees/DLC2SolstheimWorld.4.4.8.btt'" A small hint would be nice, thanks.
  11. Hm, don't know how to fix that but thanks anyway
  12. Mirrored tree LODs problem: Please have a look on the Picture. There are two tree LODs overlapping in the same place and it looks like the tree has a mirrored twin. The trees are from mod "Solstheim Landscape Overhaul by AceeQ" which is a really nice mod but it does not provide billboard textures. So I have generated them myself because I had notices trees popping up out of nowhere. And the LODs are bigger than the trees. How can this happen and how can this be fixed?
  13. I had, yes. All of my new save got corrupt. Trying to open them in Savetool= savetool.exe crash. Load them into PDT Wrapper and zero Papyrus section = loads successful. My solution: Load good save without DynDOLOD, save, clean, load again with Dyndolod, everything's okay. Lost some progress ingame but who cares...
  14. @BahamutZ: Yes, I know, the mod has been fixed so it works fine now. It may be possible that something like this happens to you caused by another mod. Try to delete group after group from your DynDOLOD.esp and try to start a game with the edited one. At some point you'll find the goup that causes the CTD. If so, do the same stripping with records in that goup. It's very time consumting but it helped me to figure out wat's going on.
  15. How can a hi-res texture of its lo-res version be mandantory? The only thing what can happen is that the texture itself ingame doesn't look 100% correct. But you can generate LOD textures via DynDOLOD based on the textures you've currently installed.
  16. Does it happen when you leave an interior cell to an exterior cell and/ or when you load a game into an exterior cell? Then have a look here (bug report section, my posting "Files not being copied")
  17. I guess your SKSE.ini looks something like this: Try 768 instead of 512. I have many mods installed and my ini has 1024 instead of 512 and now I don't have any ILS issues anymore.
  18. @Sheson: Ah, okay, that makes sense. I thought that the LODgen process is going to generate the LOD meshes. Thanks.
  19. Does DynDOLOD generate LODs for all statics in aworlspace or only specific ones? I ask because I notice some popping up buildings/ trees in Solstheim. There are static LODs for Dragonborn made by DynDOLOD but not all I guess. The picture shows what I mean: Small video So is this normal behaviour or did something went wrong?
  20. Sheson, just a question regarding my report: Do you thin Java update has caused this or was it just '$hit Happens'?
  21. Issue with corrupted saves: The last days I noticed that some of my saves are corrupted, means when I load one of them the game first loads as expected but after a while (30 seconds or so) the game crashes to desktop. Not all are corrupted, it occurs sporadically, sometimes 6 saves are okay, then a bad one is in and sometimes many of them one after another are corrupted. I did some research: When I try to open this corrupt save into savetool.exe (savegame cleaner) the program crases. I loaded the corrupt save into PDT Wrapper and zero the papyrus section. Then I loaded the save again and it loads successfully, no CTD anymore. All scripts behave like in a new save but thats okay and was expected. So this brought me to the conclusion that there is an issue with one or more scripts. Next I've done is to load the game with a good save, went into an interior cell, save, quit. Next step was to remove mod after mod and do tests to identify the mod that is responsible for the savegame corruption. I began to remove the last mod I've installed, DynDOLOD. So without DynDOLO I loaded the game, saved it, checked it in savetool.exe to get sure it isn't corrupted, quit the game and cleaned the save in savetool.exe. It removed the DynDOLOD scripts as expected. Then I loaded this edites save, focussed onto a spot on a wall in the interior cells and did 20 saves without moving. All 20 saves are okay! Then I reinstalled DynDOLOD again and did the same. Now 5 out of 20 saves are corrupted, not to be opened with savetool.exe and CTD after approx. 30 seconds loading in loading screen. What I have noticed is that a save without DynDOLOD is 19,8 MB in size and with DynDOLOD it is 34MB in size (700+ hours played, character level 50). Do you have any idea why this happens? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT 01: Now I am in regular game again, near Kynesgrove and EVERY save is corrupted. I loaded some of them again in PTD Wrapper and waited a short while. This error message popped up: Unexpected Token '['. Expected was the Token '='. Line 1872, Position 17. I remembered that I have updated Java runtime to v8 Update 71. Is it possible that this is the culprit? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT 02: As I said before every save is corrupted now. I've downgraded JRE to v8 Update 66 and tried again. Same issue. So I loaded my last good save (exterior) and disabled DynDOLOD. Then I entered an interior cell where I was able to make an unbroken save. I quit the game, loaded the save without DynDLOD.esp, saved again, loaded the save in savetool.exe and cleaned out every DynDOLOD related script. Then I loaded the cleaned save with DynDOLOD, went outside, activated DynDOLOD in MCM menu and waited until the message popped up that tells me that DynDOLOD has been successfully loaded. I did some saves and it seems the issue is solved. The save is smaller in size now, approx. 25Mb. I will do some more testing, report will follow... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT 03: Saves are all good now, don't know what happened... PTD Wrapper.txt
  22. Have reported it immediately weeks ago. Is already fixed. Yes, I've updated TRF and the new version didn't copy the meshes. But DynDOLOD did use this meshes from an earlier version of TRF so now after updating they were missing but still referenced/ used by DynDOLOD
  23. @Urtho: I ran into a similar issue when entering an exterior cell. The cell loaded and when entering I could see the landscape for a split second and then the game crased to Desktop. Removing DynDOLOD.esp loved the problem but I wanted to find the culprit. Here a copy of my bug report in The Ruffled feather mod page: The Ruffled Feather v4.2: When chosing the Option "Clay Stacks" the whole directory 191 Farmhouse Chimney's - Clay Stacks/meshes/architecture/Jets will not be copied. This evil bug had eaten up several hours of my lifetime and a barrel full of nerves, because it is so hidden that I was on a wrong path when hunting this bug. What happened: Everytime when I tried to enter an exterior cell my game crashed. I found out that it didn't crash when I start it without DynDOLOD.esp. After hours of stripping I could isolate the problem to TRF and then I noticed that 3 meshes were missing and this caused the crash. So it may be possible that some meshes are missing from another mod.
  24. An old thread shouldn't be toched but... without this mod whenever I type something in the console window the first character I type is missing. That's for the first time only but it's really annoying. I'm using ENBoost but will keep this mod running.
