  1. In the REGS - SRLE Special Instructions & Compatibility Guide, the Weathered Road Signs esp for Expanded Towns and Cities (optional file) installation should be mentionned. My bad, thanks neo.
  2. Background: On a SR:LE basis, I would like to install REGS including Inconsequential NPCs. Problem: Inconsequential NPCs - Enhancement.esp relies on 1nivWICCloaks.esp master file and not on the 1nivWICCloaksCRAFT.esp optional version file recommended by the SR:LE guide (from Winter Is Coming - Cloaks and CCO mods). Question: Is this clean and safe to simply change the master file name from Wrye Bash ? (I don't even see any dependent entries from this master file in TES5EDIT by the way).
  3. I see two more people reporting this problem with Wyrmtooth's RS Children Patch in the nexus forum. I don't know if the downloaded file was a wrong version.
  4. Thank you newt111 ! Indeed, the errors came from the following FACTION records in "Jónsi" [NPC_:0600A02B] and "Signy" [NPC_:06009530]: Copying the original entries from Wyrmtooth.esp solved the problem and the merge then worked fine.

I rigorously followed the guide instructions for merging RS Children patch : However, TESVEDIT log indicates some entries couldn't be correctly copied : The only difference from the guide is that I decided for not including RSChildren_PatchBooksofSkyrim.esp into the merged patch. The problem rather seems to come from Wyrmtooth patch. Am I the only one to observe this ?
  6. Is that normal if 1.9 animated clutter overrides 1.73 SMIM, 2.0 ELFX and 1.3 PRR (in addition to the mentioned USKP)?

Some little corrections for the guide: In RS Children Overhaul section: Overrides: Subsurface Scattering Patch for ENB => has been removedIn ENB Series Graphics Modification section: Open ENB Manager and Changer. *Note: Do NOT run this through Mod Organizer. DO run this as an Administrator.* In the "Configs" pane, click [New]. In the resulting text pane type "Vividian ENB 6.012 6.013" then click [OK].Then in the same section: ENB Series 0.254 with the starting steps of Vividian ENB 6.012 6.013 preset is now configured in ENB Manager and Changer but not activated.

  9. No. Same issue in Solitude docks and even in big puddles near Dawnstar (these with water textures, not these with real puddle textures).
  10. Thanks for the advice, and above all thanks for the premade CR patch ! (It would be great if you could notice new versions when updates are done for this file) I just removed dependencies (following STEP instructions) for some mods I haven't installed from SR:LE, i.e. OBIS, BOYD and Falskaar. Unfortunately, the problem still appears when ENB is enabled... Then, I tried to uninstall all together RWT (and its ENB textures), PRR-SRO (and its ELFX patch)... Still no apparent water with ENB. I think I'll further investigate the ENB installation and its ini files. Edit: all I could do to "solve" this is to put EnableWater=false in the enbseries.ini file. But of course I also lost all the nice ENB effects on water. Is that the same case for you ?
  11. Hi! Im in advance sorry for probably posting a newbie help request. I started a completely new game installation following the SR:LE guide, with the new Vividian ENB 5.10 (ENB 0.252). But I noticed an odd bug with water when ENB is enabled : I guess the problem would come from my ENB ini files ? or from conflicting textures ? enblocal.ini : enbseries.ini : My only bad is that I haven't followed the conflict resolution subguide yet, since it is constantly being modified. But before that, I just wanted to be sure the problem wasn't due to anything else. Thanks ! (Gigabyte GTX 770 OC 4Go, 335.23 WHQL)

  15. May I suggest to add in the guide the complete names of SkyRe ReProccer qotsafans patcher modules, just next to 01-01 (stats xml), 01-02 (blocklist for ASIS), 02-01 (Frostfall), etc. ? The fact is that non-MO users cannot understand the correspondent modules. For WB-only users for example, the numbering differs. I assume that the guide was first made for SR users (thus MO users), but this would at least let it readable for others. BTW, there is a little typo error in the AutomaticPerks.ini section : [PERKEXCLUSIONSCONTAINS] instead of [PERKSEXCLUSIONSCONTAINS] Thanks for this great guide !

  18. Sorry for upping this again but I really agree with Kelmych for "1024 vanilla color scheme" inclusion in STEP baseline. Even if resolution is only 2x larger than the vanilla texture, in-game perception is quite improved.

  22. For "2J. Burn Freeze & Shock Effects", the "Also install the update file" note is no longer necessary. Main loose file is already 3.4 (last) version.
  23. Of course you are right for those common diseases. I was thinking in more rare events like porphyria which can firstly cause common symptoms. And then if you are not aware of the real nature of the disease, it could permanently turn you to a vampiric state. I admit this is a particular example, and that vanilla Skyrim engine generally doesn't take into account more medical stuff than general "antidotes" or "medicinal potions". I wish so much a more complex system which involves a more accurate aid following the type of disease. The difficulty would be first to identify the disease, and then how to cure. That's immersion !
  24. Nice idea ! But it would be more immersive if we could get this description only after an alchemist or medic consultation, don't you think ? Our character isn't supposed to have medical skills (perhaps an additional idea for the SkyRe alchemist tree?) or to carry a medical encyclopedia.
  25. I'm installing STEP...again (since TC first versions). I'll be reporting any small errors found in the wiki and bugs in STEP process. First little contradiction (for those who don't know): The skse.ini file is said to be placed in Skyrim/Data/Plugins/ or Skyrim/Data/ ?
