I will hide this texture for now. I can't find in in game. Haven't gone far rebuilding the New Bison Steve Hotel. The texture looks fine in GIMP. ------------- I have unrelated questions. I want to remove Nuka Cola Machine mod. It causes significant performance problem even indoor (Drop to 30-40 FPS). I plan to use it for only texture replacer. 1) Is it safe to do so? The plugin contains simple records and one very simple script. I am worried because I had problem when removing scripted mod from Skyrim. 2) Should I use dummy/blank plugin (esp) to replace NukaCola-Ojo.esp, so the rest of the load order stay in the same positions/order? I read that FNV is more tolerated to scripted mod removal than Skyrim. Just would like to check with you guys here. Which texture should I check?

I found this mod Fallout New Vegas Textures Optimized by Worriedwalrus https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59435/? Can it be use instead of DDSopt the texture yourself? I don't have any performance problem with non-optimized texture, but I found this mod. EssArrBee commented in the post section.

I learn new things today. I setup GECK to work with NVSE, and JIP NVSE plugin. I manged to fix script from Distributed Necklaces and Chains Neck Seam Concealer (Updated with JIP) https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59290/? . The script works perfectly now. No more female necklace added on male characters. There was error condition in the script. I am totally script noob, but Thanks to internet and Google. Unfortunately, the new script will not effect NPCs that you have already encountered because they already have necklace in their inventories. Few NCR male rangers already got pearl necklaces LOL. I will try to release it if I can get permission.

Any recommendation on vanilla companion that has lots of dialog related to places/quests? I picked up ED-E from Primm and recruited Willow (Not vanilla as you guys know). I can now recruit Boone, and Veronica. What do you guys think about Willow? I tried to limit to 1-2 companions. Thanks! EDIT I also found many male NPCs have pearl necklaces. I check the mod page and this should not happen. Any fix? Thanks.

My character's name is "Dark". I always use this name in RPG game. He is new to the Wasteland and trying not to get killed LOL. What is your recommended difficulty level? I am playing normal now. I setup everything per EssArrBee's recommendation.

I missed that NVBII patch! Will add it to my load order. NOTE - I am now traveling to Novac. Landscape is beautiful. I wish we have Tree LOD / billboards for Wasteland Flora Overhaul.

This is my understanding. You need to hide both files for early game. FNV RWLE - NVBIII Patch.esp can be un-hided when you install New Vegas Bounties III later in the game. Guide need to be fixed. I have been playing for 7-8 hrs now. Not a single crash! I really like dialog in this game.

These errors in 1nivPNSLPatch.esp always present whether using 1nivVSLArmors.esp from original mod/old replacement esp / or new replacement esp.

Hi Mono, I am looking through this plugin as well as the original replacement plugin. I found a few PN level lists in the plugin that need to be edited as you mentioned. Can I add the SoL equipment to the PN leveled item using FNVEdit instead of G.E.C.K.? I may have time this evening to add them. I can upload the fixed esp if I am successful. Thank you very much.

Thanks man. I am doing some testing to make sure that the game is stable on my system. I think modded FNV is beautiful in its own way, a bit different from Skyrim.
