  1. So I've had a look in xEdit at the plugins that come with Transparent and refracting Glass Equipment The mod in general comes with it's own meshes so you can't use the ones that come with my mod which is fine. Unless you actually want the narrower fit in which case they'd have to be edited to add the transparency and refractive effect OR the meshes from this mod could just be made narrower. In any case, it would be up to the mod author as I don't know anything about editing meshes. "Skysan_GlassNTGBow.esp" doesn't touch or add any glass helmet entries so that's fine. "Skysan_AMB_CAPatch.esp" conflicts but can be fixed with a simple patch (which would also be merge-able with WryeBash). However, WAF would then become incompatible too if my fixes are going to be included. WAF would need either a patch or a replacement esp for this particular plugin. The better fitting meshes are completely optional, all the actual fixes are in the plugin. My orc male mesh fix is simply that the game comes with a mesh made specifically for orc males but wasn't actually using it. If there was any confusion. As kryptopyr mentioned, they can be an optional in the WAF installer. I'm actually using the latest STEP build plus/minus some other mods and my plugin works perfectly fine with this load order:
  2. Ok :) Thanks for the guide too btw. I have had FO3 far ages but never actually played it properly, it just kept crashing. But I think now with enbboost and being able to clean the plugins, it's working just fine and with mods too.
  3. I made a quick patch in fo3 edit by just copying those two records as overrides into a new plugin and reverting them to vanilla. The patch is mergable in Wrye Bash too so it doesn't add to the load order. I can upload it if anyone wants it. It works just fine, the sounds are back.
  4. I noticed that this mod that is included with Robco Certified seems to disable the equpip/unequip sounds for armor. I didn't know the cause at first until I went through the mods and found it was Robco Certified. So I opened the included plugins in xEdit and found: I don't really know what those setting mean but I'm guessing they make the sounds quieter/silent? I don't understand it's need to do this. Is it necessary? Can I just copy the vanilla settings back over?
  5. Yeah I looked back through the thread. I got confused because of the meta rule for The Choice is Yours. I'm just going to try installing it anyway.
  6. Has this been removed from the guide? I can't see it in there.. I only saw it because when I got to The Choice is Yours, it told me to add a meta rule for Books Covers Skyrim.esp but the guide never said to install Books Covers Skyrim.
  7. Well, I DID get a "Access Denied" error... but still an equally un-helpful result never the less lol
  8. I know, and I really like that about MO and was hoping that way would work but it didn't and I'm sure you said you were having issues with FOMM, didn't mean to impose :/. It was just a suggestion for those few mods. I am :) I sent him a pm, although I'm not sure what you mean. Is a badge that thing you have that says "Staff"? Edit: Nevermind ;)
  9. Firstly, thanks for guide! I haven't played New Vegas in ages but when I found your guide I thought I'd try it out... and then I came into some touble when I had to start using FOMM with MO. It seems to be removing and replacing the files in a strange way, I really don't understand what it's doing but I think I might have found a way around it. I simply installed the whole UI (upto and including uHUD, haven't gone past uHUD yet) section of the guide with FOMM all at once. All the files were then dumped into MO's "Overwrite" folder. After a quick test ingame, everything seemed to be fine. From there I guess you could just do the "Create Mod" step and make a new Mod called "UI" or something. I followed the same install order as in the guide, except instead of doing some with FOMM and some with MO, I just did them all at once through FOMM like you would if you were using FOMM normaly. Also, I had to install Flashlight NVSE AFTER oHUD and then you install uHUD. I think it would be ok to do it this way as that section is meant to be done and then left alone, isn't it? Also, those mods are the only ones that require the use of FOMM to install. I'm using FOMM 0.14.10.8, though I don't think that really matters. I tried several versions including the original FOMM and they all did the same thing. Anyway hope it helps! :) Also, just incase you were thinking of using MO 1.2.1 I couldn't get it to work with the new version of the 4GB loader, MO 1.1.1 seems to be fine though.
