  1. Hmm, think I'll try cutting out a bunch of mods and see if things improve then. I'll probably get rid of Tales from the Burning Sands, considering I've already played through it before anyway. Is Beyond Boulder Dome worth keeping? Haven't played it before, but the fact that it adds a new worldspace makes me wonder if that might be a significant reason for my performance issues.
  2. FCO esps are disabled. I'm using the necklace mod, but that's still a bandaid solution. I guess this is why they used t-shirts for the characters in the vanilla game, couldn't be bothered to fix the shitty character models lol. Also, would a large mod list generally be the cause for in-game stuttering (Using 132 plugins including .esms and vanilla files, with 12 unchecked and integrated into the bashed patch)? Started up a new game, and I'm getting frequent pauses and stutters (especially noticeable when taking out the Pipboy 2500), along with a glitch where my character's fingers will sometimes disappear when aiming a gun in third or first person.
  3. Are neck seams in general impossible to avoid? The tone option in the creation menu only seems to modify the head, leaving the body the same colour (using Roberts and Type 3).
  4. Vanilla oversight? Also, I've noticed that my character's fingers will sometimes screw up when aiming in third person. Is this also a common glitch?
  5. The firing animation for the service rifle appears screwed up when using WAR. Removing 2haattack3, 2haattack3down and 2haattack3up from the meshes folder fixed it by changing the hip fire animation to the vanilla version.
  6. Has anyone managed to get Hitman's first person animations to work well with the WAR animation mod? When using them together, I get stuff like weird ironsight animations (the hand unclenches when firing).
  7. What kind of issues do you encounter? And are you using the latest versions?
  8. If I was to guess, I'd say that FCO 3 and NVR 3 won't be compatible. Didn't the author of FCO have a falling out with the NVR creator regarding permissions or something similar?
  9. Is there a way to use the Breeze body for the player, while using Roberts for NPCs? Want to use Heroes of the Apocalypse, but the skins appear messed up because it's optimized for Breeze.
  10. Got a question for anyone who knows about ENB modification. I'm using a personally-modified ENB setup (v0263), and while I'm happy with how it looks for the most part, I'm unsure how to make it look better at night time, where for some reason, switching ENB off looks better. During the day, the ENB version looks softer, has subtler colours, and just generally looks better. But at night, the colours become more garish, and it looks rougher, while the non-ENB image is softer and nicer to look at. I've tried modifying a variety of settings, but I can't seem to emulate the look of the non-ENB version. Does anyone have any insight as to how to make it look better?
  11. Has anyone tried out The New Vegas Reborn Project? Seems quite interesting, specifically the random encounters aspect. Only issue I can see is compatibility with Project Nevada.
  12. Lol, would've been nice to know beforehand. Oh well. Anyone tried out Legion Quests Expanded? Considering installing it for my Legion playthrough. Also, will an armor section be added to the guide, similar to the additional weapons section? Graham's Armor could be a good candidate.

  14. What's changed with 1.3? And do you know what needs to be changed exactly in FNVEdit?
  15. Going to replace Electro City with Simple Street Lights, is this the correct mod page? Should I just replace Electro City with it, or are there any extra specific things I need to do first? Also, upgrading from Realistic Wasteland Lighting to the Enhanced version, should I again simply replace one with the other?

  19. Speaking of MO, I recall asking this earlier in the thread, but is it worth upgrading from 1.2.18? Works perfectly fine for me, what are the noteworthy additions? Any issues still cropping up?
  20. Why does the guide say to not use the merged dlc esp for Improved Sound FX?
  21. They do go away when I disable the completed work orders ESM plugin. Tested it on a vanilla profile.
  22. Is this the right one? Also, did you ever encounter that texture glitch when using Electro City?
  23. Not to mention how the npcs don't have voices, so they stick out easily. Immersion-breaking and lore-unfriendly.

  25. So in addition to cluttering up the game with useless NPCs, Electro City also screws with ground textures in Novac. Are there any good alternatives to it?
