Whats wrong with Skyrim Performance Monitor? Is this a less intrusive way of doing the same thing? Never had any issues with SkyPerfMon, but then again have been having issues with some mods causeing freezing. If this is a lighter weight way of doing it, id be interested

I`ve had this issue before and it was fixed easily. I had my DepthofField set to OFF. But now it is deffinately set on. Here is my Skyrim.ini Here is my SkyrimPrefs.ini I am running Skyrim Revisited. RealVision ENB 1.4e My game is running in ultra settings, on a gtx670. The game hasnt done this since my stupid mistake a while ago. But like i say, floatpointrender is on, so is depthoffield. The only thing ive done is gone through SR and updated it. Havn`t added any extra mods since it last was fine. Ive also updated my gpu driver to the new BETA 320.14, will try downgrading it to the latest WHQL Any ideas?

Well thats a bummer. Guess i need to have a look at what i can remove. Might need a bit of room later on....

I`ve found an issue with the latest updates as of 24th may As soon as i ran my game with the new Tsun armours my save gave me the "missing content continue blah blah" I went with continue, but straight away i saw loads of issues. ENB was flashing dark and bright non-stop. apachii hairs gone, EEE gone, some meshes missing, and probably many more ( i was just stood infront of the whiterun gate for 2 mins and turned it off) I`ve figured out that it was the Tsun armours causing the issues. The new arvak patch is working fine, but i cant get the Tsun armours to work. Its not really a major problem for me. Its only an armour set, but thought i would share this. I am using 95% of SR, CBBE istead of UNP. I have also followed the guide to installing ASIS and SkyRe with SR. mods with -- are teh nonSR mods My mod list is as follows The entire game has been running fine. The issues are onyl with Tsun armors installed (BOTH the CBBE and Valor playable mods) Not sure why but appears to cause many mods to fail loading. Running the game though MO, tried with both ATTK and just SKSE loader. ran SUM after each mod tested and same results. Taken Valor and CBBE Tsun off, now all is fine.

that might be why....ive just gone throughh a full pc re-install. forgot to de-select backups.....cheers

My mo has recently started doing somethign irritating. Whenever i Tes5edit something it moves the esp to the overwrites folder. After doing some googleing, i got bored, and couldnt figure out why. It seems its happened to alot fo people, and i think it may or may not be normal procedure. But it never used to do this, but now it has. I am running the 0.12.9 version

Well, ive spent the day checking. ran memtest......all ok stress tested my cpu......IBT 20 runs through on maximum, prime 95 on maximum ram settings...all ok. My next point of call is im gonna remove all the texture mods i can without removing any esp`s (that way i can run my current save without issue) that way reducing ram usage down to bare minimum. And run the game without ENB. See if i still get issues. If i do, im gonna try taking out BFS, enhaced blood etc that could be issues. Here is my current Mod list ( "--" denotes NON Skyrim Revisited mods for my own refference) Note i am not using Duel or any of the tk mods. only things i have taken from Iroah`s guide are, ASIS, SkyRe, Fantasy Music, and the spell eraser. I have also re-installed my GPU driver (314.22) and done a full cleanup of my system though Tune-up utils. Gonna run a checkdisk and defrag before i start playing again.

My CPU OC has been running at 4.5GHz for aslong as i`ve had the CPU. Longer than ive had skyrim. It has stood up to intel burn test for 2 hours. prime95 for a day. Temps never get above 60`C during normal use. In burn test they hit 70. My Dominator RAM, is XMP to 1866MHz and no further. I only have issues running skyrim. Nothing else. Ive been playing Crysis on full settings, borderlands too, without any issues. But i`ll try running memtest. see if it flags anything up. Just turned my logging on and ran back though the last area that froze on me.... Its completely reproduceable, it occurs every single time i go through the same part. my ram is only 2.5 my vram 2.1. went through 3 times, and each time the papyrus log was showing completely different things.....dual wield, lvlpredatorscript, and xxxSurvivalismAutoLeveling. the last 2 wern`t event complete listings in the logs, i dont see that these are causing the issue. Im also positive that i can run around in another direction and find somewhere else that these ocur. For a while it was only happening at the begining of combat, so i turned off all my sound mods, BFS, and my extra magic mods, but that didnt help either. It only seems to happen when im entering combat (not always straight away but withing the first minute) so sometimes when im attacking but sometimes when someone else is comming at me from somewhere, and almost always outisde. I dont see that it could be any of the texture mods can be causing it. Thats why i was thinking sounds, but i turned them all off, still happened, so now im thinking one of the mods affecting gameplay, specifically combat....so that leaves my to remove skyre. But if that was the case then surely it must be a big issue with skyre that not just me gets? right? i have taken off all the mods in my list that arn`t in SR or Iroha`s guides, and im still getting it. If it was an issue with a mod then im sure neovahlen or Iroha would have noticed it in makng their guides and testing. And surely someone else would have got it.... This leave me with my PC, but i know its stable. GGRRRRRR..................

My VRAM 2.3 that i have noticed WHY THE HELL CANT I PLAY THIS (insert a very large number of incredibly vile and insuilting curse words here) GAME WITHOUT IT FREEZING?!?!?!?! Since i first played through this game all that time ago when it forst came out. I honestly havn`t been able to get higher than level 25 without cheating. My game used to CTD all the time....now i have managed to fix that. (yeah i get the ocasional CTD but its bethesda. We expect it) Now all im getting is random crap......you can see i`ve posted about this stuff before....My save games randomly decide to not load....then over night....gremlins have booted up my PC fixed everything and turned it all off again. I play for hours without anythign. Then i get to a point where i cat go 5 minutes without freezing....so i CTRL+ALT+DEL reload Skyrim and try again....freezes again.....so i reload, walk another way....it freezes.....so i reload......fast travel......freezes.......If i cant get this game to work in the next 3 days....im just gonna give up completely.....Im gonna delete everything....reinstall my PC with ubuntu and never play games again, coz im really getting sick to death of this. Before i get someone trying to tell me to try something please read what i have tried. I really dont understand how nobody else is having the kind of stress and issues that im getting. This game is a pre-pubescent emo girl whinging about not being able to go see her dream homo on stage. I absolutely refuse to re-install this game anymore. I will not start my character again. I have started more characters than arguments with my GF. i have reinstalled so many times, im surprised skyrims not permanently burned into the platter. I know that one day someone is going to figure out that fixing this is so simple its gonna be a case of setting something in the ini file to 1. p.s you have no idea how hard it was not to swear

Guys i have just updated my mod lists. And i cant get ASIS to work.... Updated SR to include skyTEST. and re-ran SUM. But now the game CTDS on main menu.....Check my papyrus logs, and it was pointing to Amazing Follwer Tweaks....so i turned it off, re-ran SUM, again CTDs, but this time ... [05/11/2013 - 12:57:28PM] Papyrus log opened (PC) [05/11/2013 - 12:57:28PM] Update budget: 1.200000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 1.200000ms, Load screen budget: 1000.000000ms) [05/11/2013 - 12:57:28PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 76800 (max total) ...and thats it...thats all i get. The only way i can get my game to load is to turn off ASIS.

Hey guys, great guide, just what i needed. But you say to add Blazr of Eventide to the AV blocklist......but it doesnt work for me. Ive tried adding all kinds of variants (Blaze of Eventide.esp, Blaze of Eventide, the FormID of the horse), copied the blocklist to the Override folder, and it just refuses to work. Is there anything im not doing, or is it just something we cant figure out?

Well as of this morning my *female dog* of a computer has gotten over it little fit and allowed me to load my game again. I have absolutely no idea what the hell happened. But everything seems to be working fine again. Been playing through the markarth quests, indoors, outdoors, everything is fine. Im going to go through my mod list, update what needs it, and check SR for updates too. I think my PC must have got jealous i was spending time with my GF. Now i just need to find a fix for AV changing Eventides skin, and then the game is *knock wood* perfect

Ok thanx but no thanx guys. Im really sorry if i seem like a woman at that time of the month, but im really really irritated by this game now. I cant even load a game. You havnt read my post properly... I understand the 3.1Gb crashes....And i have been checking up on the thread, but im not getting the issue anymore since resizing my game (which still looks awesome BTW). Thats why i lower my res to 2048 and 1024 for "the big 3". My Vram never gets above 2.4, my Ram hovers no higher the 2.4 aswell. I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT CTDS!!!!! I can handle the odd CTD, it a bethesda game..... I am complaining the after doing nothing my sasves will not load. nor can i load an old indoor save and travel outside. Yes i have alot of mods, but if you take the time to read and look, I am following Skyrim Revisited. I have only added about 10 small mods myself to the list of mods from Neovalen (Credit to this guy, amazing guide was a great help) The game runs fine. Again....im not having issue with CTD`s, my ram usage is cool, my temps are awesome, and i am not running yet another program to help stabalise skyrim when ATTK does an awesome job on my monolith...(PC) Thank you for the suggestions to check for errors....but as i have said in my initial post....Its not CTDs that are my problem. I cant load my damn game....how am i supposed to run around in the wilderness and make it crash to check for CTD causes when my problem is i cant load my game? Yes i understand i have alot of script intensive mods running, that why the fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS= has been set to 1000.00 to allow the game more time to setup the scripts before starting the loaded game. All of the settings and ini tweaks and everything where in place before starting this current run through. The only thing i have done since installing this list of mods, is play the game. I was running around in the wilderness, just randomly exploring and killing some wolves. Playing for over an hour with no problems. No twitches, no glitches, no freezes, no CTDs. I saved my game manually, not auto or quicksave. I ate some tea I looked at BBC for some news I opened up skyrim the same way i have since i began this current play through.. Skyrim Perf Mon > MO > ATTK I selected my most recent save. The game began loading and crashed...(NOTE it did not CTD, it actually crashed) windows error and everything So i tried an older outdoor save.....same thing. I tried an indoor save (1 hour and 2 levels ago) It loaded.....so i went to the door and tried to go outside.......CRASH

Right, after over a year of testing and faffing about and playing and crashing and tweaking and CTDs and more faffing and Freezes and STEP and Skyrim Revisited, and forums and more crashing and freezing i FINALLY managed to get my game runnign great. I`ve probably posted a few too many issues on here. and i am sorry to be pestering. But if i cant get this damn thing working im gonna throw my damn PC out the window and become a book worm or something... My last playthough got to about 150 hours, used skyrim revisited and had no issues. It was great but i wanted to restart and make a spellsword.......so now im only 4-5 hours in and now my outdoor saves wont load.....i load and hour old indoor save, try walk outside and CTD!!! My game no longer wants to be outside...the only thing i have done since it worked is reboot my PC and look at BBC.co.uk......WTF!?!?!?!?!? I know its only a 4 hour old game, and i could just restart...But im tired of having to restart. Ive only been able to build my own house TWICE in the last year! I always seem to get the game working for a week at most and then suddenly i get this....Im really getting *@}? at this. I`ve deleted all but my last 5 save games. The biggest is 7,142 KB. I play the game works fine, do some other things, eat food, look at the news, load my game and BANG.....CTD. I havn`t changeds any settings, i havn`t done anything....really no impressed. Ive tried re-installing it, adding the formID to the blocklist. Still cant get it working. either im missing something completely simple or someone needs to get the 2 mod authors in a dialogue

You guys must be getting sick of me adding new threads :P My game is runnig great, im seriously loving Skyrim Revisited. But nomatter what i do, Eventide keeps getting new skins from automatic variants I have added Blaze of Eventide.esp to the blocklist......copied the blockist to the Overwrite folder, ran AV with Eventide esp turned off, turned on, with the blocklist, without. But nomatter what i do, he keeps getting a new skin. What am i missing?

scratch that....fixed......."No more ugly bronze shine" taken off and people are no longer looking like they`ve been pink bellied all over

I dont suppose you know why some of my races have a pink tinge to their skin do ya? Its not really a major issue, its just in the sun, looks like people have a bad suntan their getting over.

When you grabbed the particle fix did you make sure to grab the additional file for Water as well? I did, i even went back and downloaded it all again just to be sure. got it loading as a seperate file at the bottom of my MO load order

Just loaded up the Vanilla config through MO, and the water is blurry as it should be.

Ive just finished spending 3 days going through Skyrim Revisited. Obv im running the game via Mod Organizer. When i go underwater everything is completely clear!! Im using SKYrealism ENB and im using the particle fix from MindFlux. Ive tried taking W.A.T.E.R. off, taking the enb out, taking the particle fix off. and all manner of things....am i doing something retarded here??? Need help
