Hi, I have some question about this "modification". 0.) I guess Manga will update this mod; 1.) Please give more detailed instruction, what to do... (I do not really what have to copy, where and so on...) 2.) I could be wrong, but if it's a "script" is it safe to just start to use it at any time? And what if in the future, near future Manga will update the mod? 3.) Latest version of xEdit (not sure which is required but get the latest) I believe it, but absolutely have no idea what is it and where can I download it? And after, what to do? 4.) Real Skyrim Snowflakes - Vivid Snow (use the Vanilla version) I use COT + COT Weather Patch, why sould I choose the Vanilla one? 4.) mteFunctions.pas (latest version, at least from 4/3/2015) The same as at the 3.) Thanks! I'm sure lot's of fellows understand what to do from these infos, but I don't. :/ Sorry! Thanks!

Okay Shason! If you have managed to find out, I really try to be very aware with my never ending Skyrim configuring. ;) I just can't imagine if this is so hard here, how could it be at your(s) side mog makers. :D Ps: May I a have one more off topic question? If there's a topic already exists, you or someone else please give me an URL. (I don't want to much off topic at here) So, in SKSE.INI file, why do not we use the a maximum values? (1024 and 512) Tried to find via Google, and what I found mostly just 768; 256. I'm sure this is also because for reason, but till now, haven't found any realiable infos about, why don't we use the max values? Thanks! -

Ehhhhhh! :/ I was an idea, that just remove a master does not work. :/ But changing to another master it works? I mean not just change to any esp from random, to choose the right one. For instance now, I had to change my STEP Extended Patch ELE master to an another ELE master. (ELE_Legendary_Fs_Wt_Lite.esp) Sadly, I do not remember who has wrote me that kind of solution, but one the big one STEP Guru. :) "In TES5Edit check DynDOLOD.esp for errors. Right click DynDOLOD.esp in the left pane and select 'Check for Errors'. If it finds any errors you need to generate again from scratch" Done it. I didn't show any error after I changed that master like that. I guess, I won't leave it that way for a long time, but just to test some thing maybe it will be okay. I do DynDOLOD so many times from scratch... :/ Never mind! Thank you Sheson and I am sorry for that little off topic. -

Hi, Sry, for a little bit off topic question here. A little bit related to DynDOLOD :) and I know there are lot's of Tamriel Guru are here. :) So: 1.) I had merged 3 COT DLC related patches into one file (these are) ClimatesOfTamriel-Dragonborn-PatchClimatesOfTamriel-Dawnguard-PatchClimatesOfTamriel Falskaar2.) Now, for some reason I can't (do not want to) use this merged file. But when I generated DynDOLOD.esp file that merged one was added as a Master file to DynDOLOD.esp. Now, DynDOLOD.esp missing this file. I had used Wrye Bash to change masters, or change an esp to an other esp. But now my question is: (I'm nor sure...) I really do not want to create the whole DynDOLOD process again. :/ But as far as I know, via WB I can't remove master file. So for the time being I have no other choice, just change a new master file instead of that "custom merged one". I guess it could be one of them from the above three file. I guess! Now, I choosed for instance, that one via Wrye Bash: ClimatesOfTamriel-Dragonborn-Patch.esp The missing esp error has gone away, I could load save game, till now I didn't notice any issue. I'd like to know, did I make it right? It does not matter which one of them to choose? Or no, this is wrong and I have nothing to do, I have to generate DynDOLOD again? :/ (I hope not) I hope there's (exist) something else solution is, not just make the whole DynDOLOD process again? Thanks is advance, if anyone could give me useful advice! :) Ps: I hope, I was clear. I tried to explain my "problem" my best. :) -

Do you mean these rocks and stream? If yes. On my side everything works well. Notice: Enhanced Wetness and Puddles + Verdant Once, I also had this issue. At Riverwood. I also generated DynDOLOD again, and my issue gone away. -

Hey Angel, I didn't find it rude. I haven't noticed this at the STEP Guide: "Mod now only includes the meshes that do not conflict with USKP." Of course I thought I couldn't be right if it is still on the guide, now I see.

Hey, I was a little bit surprised that nobody else noticed this issue. Because it should have happaned foy anyone who use STEP Guide + SMIMed smelter. And as I said, I do not ENB just for shadow fixing + Godrays, at this moment. Nothing visual changes. Please give feedback later how does it work for you (as well), to hide that nif file. Thank you! -

Hey my friend, :) First of all I wish you a great weekend time. I'll try just delete, or hide "meshes\furniture\smeltermarker.nif" from SMIM folder, because I guess this means that everything else will keep from SMIM, so the smelter will look better, but avoid that flashing issue. But, I really can live without SMIMed smelter at all, just like not SMIMed fences. If the problem is related to SMIM, but I gues it is proven it YES, couldn't you half God sign this problem to the mod author of SMIM. Maybe he or she will be able to do somtehing. And I guess would be great to sign at STEP Guide as well at the SMIM install description. Bye! -

Mods that disable core functions of the game like fasttravel Verdant Grass (The Misc plugin is designed for use with Summerset Isle, but it modifies VERDANT. That means these changes WILL AFFECT SKYRIM TOO. If you don't like the results, be sure to deactivate it when not needed. Make sure this plugin is loaded AFTER Verdant, and that Verdant is loaded AFTER Summerset Isle. If your Verdant is too FPS heavy delete the INI that is included with the Verdant patch) What about this one from REGS? Settlements Winterhold - Expanded Ruins Description: The Great Collapse is not presented well visually in-game. Winterhold is merely another small village, with a few damaged and abandoned houses. Yet the history of the hold tells you that this was once a major city in Skyrim that attracted travelers from across Tamriel. This mod expands the ruins to match the lore by adding several new buildings, a small (but neglected) market place and the remains of a great wall complete with gates. Yes, that words I tried to search. Exactly! Flashing, and for instance if I blink maybe I miss it and after that it works great. To do that, I have to move, turn around, etc... with the camera to happen. At daytime it's hard to notice, but in the evening when it's dark it is more noticeable of course. I should have waited to night and it would be more strong. And when it is dark, it is annoying what the f* glowing, flashing at the distance. Just some minutes before, I have loaded the same place SMIM folder without smelter contents, I tried to fly like a bird but everything worked as I was expect, no issue at all, does not matter what I do. Flying, closing, receding, etc... no flashing issue and I kept my eyes open. Now, that is all from me. Ps.: I use SMIM 1.84 and the 1.87 updates merged. I've done everything as it is in the STEP Guide. No Half Textures res, and so on... As you see, I didn't give it up. :) Non SMIMed version of smelter: (beleive me, I was flying like a bird... :) Have you seen any glowing issue? No. But, it took so long time it also should have happened, yet. (as with SMIMed happened) F*cking foggy weather. :/ Sry! The smelter is there, and I am really happy I just don't see it. :) -

Hey Sheson, Please forgive me, but this is a different place but this issue is independent where I am. It was hard to make screenshots, because as I said issue happens not always and when I wnat to happen of course not, but fortunately it happened. As I wrote it above with SMIMed smelter this issues should have happen. And yes. Here are the pics: Notice: If it happens it took max. 1-2 sec when glowing happens, and after has gone away. So, it could be a right LOD, but like this it is not. And the last picture, as you see everything works well: (no glowing issue) The smelter is there, but I had to change my 1080p res by 50% for pics upload faster. But believe me, the smelter is there, but hard to see, because of foggy wheater. :/ I do not miss the glowing LOD issues at all. Still don't know what is in at a smelter. (lava, I'm sure not lava, but I call it lava; molten iron; ... have no idea...) Now, I'll it without SMIMed smelter and it will be okay, I will not use SMIMed smelter, at all. Trying, trying, but now I am going to loose my temper. Thanks, if you will have managed to find out anything and also thanks all of your effort. Ps: The only smelter* at my MO mods folder just in: - SMIM; - DynDOLOD and; - STEP LOD Textures. -

This is close enough and not right part of the smelter. I have no idea what is in a smelter, but the good part is, where it has the "fire" or what is in. Okay, I'll try to make screenshot with SMIMed version. But honestly: If this issue has gone the smelter without SMIMed, I guess I'll use vanilla smelter. I doesn't matter for me, how a smelter look like. But okay, I'll what you wrote above. I say, while we turn to autumn hopefully I'll manage my Skyrim setup. :) -

Hey, Just in general about my adored smleter issue. I am trying to do my best, but I guess it is not really enough. :) Made some screens to show, exactly which object looks faulty, purple, illuminating, but(!) just from distance. If I am front of a smelter everything works well, if I notice issue important not the whole smelter is buggy, just a special part of it, but I don't know the exact english word for that. (hole, that's all I know) At this moment I have absolutely have no idea what to do in NifSkope, but as you see I'm trying to do "my best". And one more thing, I use DynDOLOD just like this: (is it okay? I guess yes. So, I create a rar file one for STEP LOD Textures and one for DynDOLOD Worlds and place them, import these rar file to MO one under the other. SFO for Skyrim Flora Overhaul; RAT for Realistic Aspen Trees and; DFO for Dark Fantasy Overhaul LOD Billboards file. Just I give them detailed name. Every mod I use, because it's easier to me remember later what I've done and what for... Now, I have done all the DynDOLOD process again from the first step and I guess I'll start a new game which is free from for instance some kind of DynDOLOD update issue, which I had done before. Important Ps: Tried something else. SMIM It looks like if I disable SMIM'ed smelter I do notice this issue, if I enable SMIM'ed smelter issue happens. I'm not really sure (100%), but made some test and I have strong feeling some has gone wrong with SMIM'ed smelter. I'll do more test... Tried it. I am 90% sure without SMIM'ed version of smelter I do not notice any issue at all. It should have been happen, yet. I'll do more test without SMIM'ed smelter. If it is 100% sure, the most funny thing is, I have never ever used smelter at all. :o :O I was a mage character with bow, so tell you do truth it close enough I have almost no idea, how to use a smelter. If this whole story is true, funny enough, isn't it? :) I have a trololo felling... :/// -

It is summer time. Go out! I really tend to play Skyrim again, but just after summer... Yes, of course I do use ENBoost. Maybe, I run out of VRAM but I doubt it. One thing I wanted to ask. Gamerpoet said in his video, he waited if I'm not mistaken 10 days ingame when he updated DynDOLOD. It is still necessary to wait 10 days? :o :O You can see my actual rig at my signature, and these are my enblocal.ini setting right now. I do not notice any big issue at all. Just that stupid smelter bug. What is the most important for me to make my setup as stable as I can, so I often make "stress test" and I don't think I run out of VRAM. [MEMORY] ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true DisableDriverMemoryManager=false DisablePreloadToVRAM=false EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false ReservedMemorySizeMb=768 VideoMemorySizeMb=8192 EnableCompression=true AutodetectVideoMemorySize=false But if anybody know a better settings, please share with me. I'll continue my investigation... -

As far as I had time, I tried it. Believe me! I didn't find any "Can not find" string in the log files. After that I checked one smelter, wrote down the .bto files, and so on, but I give it up, when I found out it is different at any smelter. Okay, weekend is approaching. So, if I have enough sparetime I'll continue. Approx. for a month I do not do anything else just preparing my Skyrim setup. I am preparing for the autumn, so I have left time. I have already learned a lots of thing. Combine STEP + REGS + Legendary + Custom mods from earlier. I have a strange feeling that modding the game is better than playing it. -

I also have a question related to Muladhara86 comment. Is the REGS Patch - STEP Extended.esp from REGS Patch-es surely unnecessary using it with the STEP Extended 2.2.9.1 and most important the updated STEP Extended Patch? STEP Extended Patch 2291 v2 version 2.2.9.1a 6:43, 1 August 2015 If yes, it is firmly true please someone who take care the REGS Guide please update it, because it is tend to be very confusing, mainly if the REGS Patch - STEP Extended.esp causes issues. If it is yes, redundant, please someone correct the REGS Guide. Ps: Or someone should be update the REGS Patch - STEP Extended.esp patch and make it up to date? I say it because of: REGS - Patches Description: This is the most important part of the pack. You must download this and follow the directions of the Fomod installer. Thanks!
