Thanks. :) P.S. in the Pre-installation box, at the end of my sentence it says "Various stuff" this is somehow embedded in the page and I can't find an obvious way to get rid of it. It was not added by me.

Makes the all traps in Skyrim more dangerous and actually worth avoiding. Â LINK :) WIKI

Crucial mod for surviving the cold lands of Skyrim. LINK Surprisingly this does not have it's own thread but I suspect it is heavily used amongst those that have Frostfall. Details. Â Â Â Â Â :) WIKI

pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)
Smile44 replied to Smile44's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
Same with google chrome. I have been able to make some changes but the table still doesn't appear on the pack for requiem. :) -
Not just for my pack structure but for all pack structures. The idea is for there to be a common methodology throughout STEP. I would not have entered all of these as separate mod entries if I didn't have to. They all have different pages on the Nexus. :)

Table forms are still buggy. Save button rarely does anything - sometimes it works and then not. I am planning a Survival pack to include Frostfall, needs, cloaks etc and a Requiem on Steroids pack to include mods that add spawns and new lands that are compatible with Requiem. I know that there is another survival pack in the works but I do not know to what extent it is in development and how compatible it will be with my packs so my version of this will be aimed at fitting in with Requiem as well as being standalone. But I am hesitant as my new Base Requiem pack is up without a modlist due to buggy table issues. Refreshing the page does nothing at all. Although tomorrow is another day and the table forms may work then. :)

Yes this is true I added them because as as far as I know each mod needs a forum entry and needs to be on the wiki. So if it is not necessary to add in the mods as I have done I would be happier as there are bigger packs in the offing and all of this extra stuff is fiddly extra work. :)

I am starting this build as promised on my other thread in this section. This pack will only contain Requiem and patches to get it working with all the DLC and Unofficial patches. I've also included an extra patch for potions. Requiem - Guide This pack is based on a CORE STEP install, and is compatible with my weather and lighting pack, no extra patching required. :) WIKI LINKÂ EDIT: Modlist is not showing yet it is saved but hopefully it will show itself soon. EDIT 2: Modlist is up pack is live. EDIT 3: Modlist includes more instructions attached to each mod. Options are given and all is updated to work with latest Unofficial patches. Edit: Here are some nifty videos detailing how Requiem works and includes plenty of detail including perk trees - hope this suffices. Introduction - Levelling System - Atmosphere - Skills and Perks - Magic - Combat and Attributes - Items - Finale - Playing Requiem Part 1 - Playing Requiem Part 2 - Or an even more complete series these look great with STEP like graphics and really good detail - there is literally hours of stuff here. - LINK

Useful changes to potion weight in that larger potions weigh more and so on. Requiem forces you to consider what you can carry, gold, arrows etc.. have weight and this adjustment helps you manage this better when it comes to potions. LINK :) WIKI

This mod is a useful addon to Requiem mainly because it makes Requiem more compatible with the unofficial patches. But it does a whole lot more than that. LINK What this mod does: :) WIKI

This mod is crucial if you want to add any of the Requiem patches made by Azirok. LINK :) WIKI

Makes Requiem compatible with Hearthfires (go figure). LINK :) WIKI

Hi submitting this for consideration. It adds DB compatibility to Requiem. Not a good idea to go to Solstheim until about level 40 when using Requiem and this mod - requires Requiem Resources. LINK :) WIKI

pack Weather and Lighting (by Smile44)

Nope doesn't work have been trying to add some instructions to one of the mods on the modlist - but the form (modlist form) will not save. Page looks better though. :) -

Well it now has options. I would update the page but it wont save my changes at present. The pack forms are a little temperamental at times. :) -

You are right it does say that. I guess when you asked if DG was required I imagined that something more subtle is called for so I was looking for something in the description about it rather than in CAPITALS in the main file. I have all DLC files, I have done since they came out, all part of the Jigsaw that is Skyrim. But if you mean that I need to add details to the mod / pack description then you are probably right. As for ENB rain the ENB that I recommend has it set to false and so it would be prudent of me to add that instruction to the ENB install part of the pack. I would imagine that most ENB presets that are set to be compatible with CoT have both rain and weather settings as false in the enbseries.ini otherwise why say it is compatible? I will make these changes ASAP, thanks for the feedback guys. :) -

Nope I'm using the rain from CoT Weather Patch, as for Dawnguard it is not required. :) -
Actually you will probably find that textures will need to be 1K max with 512 normals. The more spawners that you have the less taxing your graphics need to be. Skyrim still looks tons better than vanilla at this resolution. It is a trade off - what is most important graphic detail or gameplay. For me using Requiem it is gameplay everytime. My textures only blur when I stick my face in them so I can live with that, they look stunning otherwise. :)

I do not propose making any changes to Step Core if I can get away with it. I shouldn't need to as you say. The information I mention above just enables me to see some of he options and confirms some of the ideas from trying to get a stable game with Requiem which is stable itself but needs extra TLC when it comes to a more heavily modded game. :)
-
I have gained some useful information from Azirok who makes all those funky patches for Requiem. He uses STEP CORE but without any of the big texture overhauls. I have enough information to design the pack based on these ideas which should make for an awesome game. I am going to start building this once I have had time to design all the necessary instructions and checked some key ideas with the Admins and of course I will need to test it first but I am optimistic that I will have a working Requiem Pack based on STEP CORE within a couple of weeks (RL is busy for me right now). :)

SKYRIMLE A Matter of Time - A HUD clock widget (by SkyAmigo)
Smile44 replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
From the site on this issue, "Known issues There might be a wrong time displayed for a short amount of time (1.5 in game minutes in maximum) after a change of the timescale. It might also happen after a mod suddenly changes the time directly." If the situation is in fact worse than that I guess author will need to know. :) -
If this helps below is a correctly ordered CORE STEP and the STEP Extended load order. CORE EXTENDED :)

DROPPED Unofficial Skyrim Patch (by Unofficial Patch Project Team)
Smile44 replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
LINK to new unofficial patch Betas. :) P.S. Wrong place but seemed appropriate. -
I would get rid of the file you created and run DSR without any requiem mods active. This should a) confirm that DSR is working properly and b) create the folder and files you need in overwrite which is where you should add Requiem - Dragonborn.esp to the blocklist. > /ModOrganizer/overwrite/SkyProc Patchers/Dual Sheath Redux/Files/Blocklist.txt. Once that is done re-enable requiem and then run the patcher again and you should be good to go. This is a well known problem and this work around does the job. :)

Yes I've done that it just seems inefficient to have to move it. I have changed things now as it stands. The form works propeerly now and appears differently than it used to so clearly something has changed. I use Opera by the way - by far the smoothest WB I have used - Firefox is snail pace by comparison. :)
