SRLE: Legacy of The Dragonborn Reqtified
Gyro replied to paul666root's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Many hands make short work-it'd be helpful if he mentioned somewhere what it was referring to. Even if it's not something a layman can look at, we've got quite a few folks on the board here who could probably follow up on whatever he put together. -

That's disheartening. I already googled and found another person with the same issue-they PM'd Meh and never got a message back. Do we know how Meh knows what it refers to? -

Incidentally, if I wanted to track down exactly where address 0x2550D6E is (since going back and rebuilding WLSO is going to take a bit of time, as will going back through the finish line if that's necessary), how might I got about doing that? -

I am, must have missed where they got merged in the guide. So I'll go back and remerge those two into WLSO and see if that resolved my issue. -

Also, in the tradition of spamming the thread as I come up with solutions or possible solutions to self-inflicted problems, I've noticed that I have two plugins that I've left off because they're missing their masters from mergers and I figured they might be overlooked leftovers from the guide as it has progressed. I did a check and I believe they're not included in merges anywhere. Of course, again, I could have overlooked something and they're there to keep what I'm experiencing from happening. The two are zz sos-civilization_icaio_usleep.esp and sos-civilization_icaio.esp Both are missing the master: SOS - civilization.esp, which I put in WLSO merged. I'm using the T.A.Z. option. -

OK, so, it's crash log time. Without fail, I crash every time I activate the bed to start a new life. 02 Nov 16:44:31 Game has crashed with exception address 0x2550D6E! Has anyone else had an issue with the Reqtificator not producing a Requiem for the Indifferent .esp? It pushes out the SkyProc Patchers folder in Mod Organizer's overwrite, but no .esp. I also got an additional dialog about not having Bugsmasher loaded. Any ideas what I might have screwed up? Addition: I also didn't get the expected "can't find actorvariations" dialog. Further addition: I apparently forgot to enable a bunch of things in the load order <.< So everything seems to be following the prompts in the guide, but still no Indifferent .esp. -

So I, too, have gotten to the "merge plugins" bit and I'm in something of a bind. To setup like the guide says, I go to the 'integrations' part of Merge Plugins. Everything is good until I get to the "Papyrus flags path." It literally cannot see TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg: even when I ask it to look at all files, it excludes it. I can see it just fine in Explorer, and I triple checked to make sure I didn't have some sort of ghost Skyrim directory floating around. I'm probably missing something obvious, but I've done some forum searching and googling but nothing pops out at me. A little help? -

Holy smokes, this is going to save me a lot of time. -
Since they're running a new version of the Creation Engine, I imagine that will make porting over Skyrim mod tools easier than having to rebuild them from scratch, as well as give folks a running start in terms of creating mods in the first place.

I happened to glance at my profile and noticed someone in the last couple of months went back and -1'd a bunch of my old posts for seemingly no reason. Feel like I got visited by this guy: I don't suppose anyone has any insight as to why this might be. Was I simply visited by the internet hate fairy?

Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - pre 2.xx
Gyro replied to sheson's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
By the by, finally got around to adding this to my loadout and it is nice. Skyrim feels more...complete. Thanks, sheson! You have greatly improved my Skyrim experience. -
I mean, it's pretty much the best thing ever.

I play Requiem, which has a Darkvision spell that I use every time I need to go dungeon-crawling. Or anywhere at night. -
I don't know that there's going to be a 'perfect' SRLE implementation past what it presents as a baseline. My own setup cuts some mods that I don't particularly enjoy (most of the needs-based ones) and implements others that I do (Requiem, all the Requiem patches, Inigo, house mods, Dynamic sorting, etc.). SRLE is an amaaaaazing base for a high-end advanced user setup, but I think by its very nature attempting to find a general 'perfection' is impossible. People's tastes are too different.

There is brick wall at around 400 mods for FPS stability
Gyro replied to mindw0rk's question in General Skyrim LE Support
The STEP team takes a pretty rigorous approach to verifying claims like this. You'll want to post your mod list for them to get started.
