  1. I wish the entire game was overhauled like this. Too many ruins and caves are unrealistically lit up with torches and braziers. I'd love a modder who examined each area and considered; is there anyone maintaining this torch/candle/brazier? Is there a reasonable amount of firewood/torches for them keep this area lit? The answer with a great many areas is "nope". We could have a much darker and immersive gameworld with the player character having to light the way.
  2. I've always thought Bethesda's voice-acting was one of Skyrim's weak points. I like this mod a lot!
  3. Awesome. I assume this is compatible with Project ENB+Climates Of Tamriel?
  4. It was mostly noticeable at night or on the load screens where the surface of an object that was reflecting light, shimmered/sparkled. AA in the gamelauncher was already off but I had it at X2 in nVidia Inspector. I turned it off there and I've seen great improvement. As for negative lod bias, I don't have Clamp as an option.
  5. I have a GeForce GTX 560M and use the lower resolution texture mods. My main issue is the texture shimmering which is glaringly noticeable outside at night. Any suggestions?
  6. Wow. Of course I would find it right after my post. Anyway, here it is if anyone else was unaware/interested. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1931
  7. In the past, I used a mod that slightly increased walk speed and decreased run speed. It was perfect for me but now I can't find it on nexus. I was pretty sure it was called Realistic Running or some such. My searches on nexus aren't turning it up. Anyone know what this is/was? It's a must-have mod in my opinion.
  8. Where have I been??? I'm just now checking this out. This is fantastic! Reminds me of Mart's Mutant Mod for FO3. Now, can I just install this after Bellyaches Animal Pack replacer or should I deactivate that?
  9. Yes, thank you! Downloading now...
  10. Much of this discussion is lost on me. At this point, I don't know what my nvidia Inspector settings should be. GeForce GTX 560M is my card and I don't use SkyrimHD2K textures but I do have some shimmering issues.
  11. EBT is superior I think. My only small gripe is that arrow wounds shouldn't drop a big splash of blood but rather pool about from the dropped body.
  12. https://www.skyrimforge.com/mods/more-dynamic-shadows-striping-fi/ This compatible with ENB mods (Stakado, Immersive Enviroment, etc.)??
  13. Fantastic mod. Just noticed the occasional issue of butterflies frozen in flight - stuck in their flight animation somehow. Curious if anyone else has had this issue or if just me - what might be the cause? I'm doing a reinstall of Skyrim/STEP and am considering leaving this mod off the list because of this.
  14. Hey how'd you just get the cloud textures. I opened up the manual files, i couldn't find it, do you know what the cloud texture file is called because all i see in the texture folder is COTcirrus, sun, sunglare. I really like the cloud textures plz help.I too am interested. I assume it would be the "cirrus" one. Does that include the stunning pink sunset I wonder.
  15. My experience gaming with RCRN is that the reflectivity of objects is too bright, even interior objects. Immersive Enviroment looks awesome from screenshots (as does RCRN) but others here say they are quite similar. So perhaps neither are for me. Right now, I'm looking to check out Stakado Realistic. I like the softer look of Stakado Cinema but some screenshots look too dark and even grainy! Was curious what feedback any had here regarding Stakado.
  16. What is the method for uninstalling STEP and any other mods without getting rid of the vanilla installation?? I'd like to re-install STEP+ and this time go manual with limited NMM use. Thanks!
  17. That comparison work is really fantastic. Thank you so much!
  18. Cool, thank you. I did as suggested and look forward to gaming with those two mods at work with one another.
  19. Anyone know if this conflicts with Economics of Skyrim? I've got my S.T.E.P. how I like it and am now carefully topping things off before diving into the game and not looking back. Which as many of you know, is hard to do. :D
