So I had no issues with my Skyrim until a few days ago, I was using NMM to manage my mods and everything was working fine except I couldn't install SMIM because NMM would give me an error. I assumed it was finally time to switch over to mod organizer 2 so I uninstalled my NMM mods and data folder and installed mod organizer and reinstalled all my mods everything was fine except this flickering would appear on my grass and distant objects such as fences or wooden buildings such as Pelagia Farm. I researched this issue which is displayed here Issue except with mountains flickering in the distance which is called Z fighting I have fresh installed multiple times in NMM and Mod Organizer, I have tried the many INI tweaks and disabling AA and still nothing I have fresh installed the game 4 times in the past few days and today I started up my game without any mods and the issue is still prevalent. I'm on my last leg and am quite close to just quitting all together as I didn't have this issue before I fresh installed to use mod organizer if there is any mod or tweaks the could help or possibly solve my issue I would be deeply appreciative. Just tried the AHK version. The issue 'm having seems to be consistent with both no matter what i select it will launch in widowed mod in a small corner of my monitor. Now i can'te even play the game as SKSE stops responding whenever i try to load a save.

I extracted the entire folder from the 'Standalone' Version, I also cleared it with my Anti-Virus software which originally wouldn't let me open it.

I've been trying to use this software with MO2 and whenever i click save and exit it removes every single ini setting and says that everything is invalid and then saves and exits leaving my inis blank except for the categories. any help would be appreciated.
