This is how my General tab looks like with freshly created ini files:

For some reason, BethINI will always remove "bAllowScreenshot" (and maybe some other lines, haven't checked) from Skyrim.ini after saving. What's more, in the STEP guide it recommends users to check [Disable Screenshots], which doesn't even exist in the tool. What's up with that?
