  1. If sm0kem's suggestion about racemenu doesn't do it either then start the tried and true Skyrim troubleshoot method. Disable the bottom half of your plugins and see if the game loads properly (watch out that you don't leave any patches, etc with masters in the disabled bunch). If it doesn't load, disable half of the still-enabled ones. Repeat until it loads. Whenever it does load, start re-enabling your disabled plugins in small groups until it crashes again. Once it does, disable one by one til it loads. Then you know exactly what's bothering it.
  2. The ENB comment was for a poster before you having graphical issues.
  3. I've not seen that before. Are you using ENB? Does it still look like that if you remove ENB series files? Do you actually see the main menu? Is it crashing before any text shows up? CTD before you can even select anything in the main menu usually means a missing master. In MO check your right pane for triangles with an exclamation point inside. Another thing I've found (it may just be my system but it's happened multiple times so sharing just in case) is that Merge Plugins sometimes spits out a merge that isn't quite right, and that causes my game to crash on loading just like a missing master would. I can tell which it is because when I mouse over my merges in the right pane, good ones show a list of masters just like any other plugin. The culprit merge causes MO to hang/crash when I mouse over it. Once I've found it I re-do the merge, check it in that manner again, and I'm good to go.
  4. I also use Unread Books Glow and haven't noticed any issues thusfar. Equipment HUD I sorely miss from oldrim but its testing state keeps me away from using it right now. I'll definitely be revisiting when it's more stable. Mine is also acting up today.
  5. As per Lexy's instructions on the merges page, you can tell Merge Plugins to just ignore that.

  7. I notice some. I use Obsidian now but had the same thing going on when using Vivid + fogs. DynDolod at the very end of its log had spit out a long list of things which it warned me could cause z-fighting (I don't have the log in front of me so can't quote) and many entries had to do with data missing from Realistic Water Two for whatever reason. After re-downloading and reinstalling RWT I still had the same notices in DD and still have minor Z-fighting, so I'm not sure what it might be.
  8. Author might just be giving those three mods (Lock-On, QuickLoot, and SFTFC) their own pages, since they were all smushed into one page before. Hopefully won't be down long.
  9. Okay. I'm trying to figure out why mine don't. I have it installed in the order of the guide and only have one other non-guide animation that affects greatswords only, so I'm scratching my head as to why it's not showing up. Do you know of any troubleshooting I could try?
  10. Yes, I know that. But we have Immersive Animations installed on its own, outside of PCEA2 in this guide. Doesn't that mean they should affect everyone? When you go into sneak mode does it show the IA animation on you? IE down on one knee, one hand on ground? Does it work on your followers?
  11. Anyone have a hint on this? I've checked to make sure nothing was overwriting IA's sneak animations, and nothing is. But they're just not showing up in game. I suspect that means some others may not be either.
  12. Oh snap, time to change chars again Is Immersive Animations working properly for everyone? It has an alteration of the sneak animation, I believe, where everyone's supposed to be down on one knee rather than doing that awkward bouncy-crouch vanilla thing. However I only see it on my own char (via PCEA2). If I remove PCEA2 nobody uses it. I know I installed it with that option (reinstalled to double-check) but I can't get it to show up on NPCs in game.
  13. You play the way I play. Might be why I rarely mind starting over, the first few days of getting into a new character's RP and routines is actually pretty fun. Real Snow updated to v 1.6 and Immersive Citizens has been updated to v 0.4 (both on March 27th).
  14. Some of us are using the author's alpha from github. For my part it's been working just fine, just lacks sliders and overlays. Instructions on this mod's site (scroll down past the preset information).
  15. ...I just started a new char to check on one last totally unrelated thing in another mod, and without a single change to anything DynDolod is now working just fine. Skyrim is a fickle mistress.
  16. Aaaand nope, total reinstall + regen didn't work. Still getting same error about master data. I've got to abandon this for the evening but any other suggestions welcome :/
  17. Already tried that. Also tried copying the output folders into Skyrim's data folder. No dice. Just totally reinstalled DynDolod and now regenning yet again to see if that works, stay tuned.
  18. Heh...and I just moved mine out and tested FNIS and mine still works. Lol. Well, good you found something that worked anyway! Though now that I've moved MO2 out of the Skyrim directory I'm having a problem with DynDolod. Started a new char just to be sure all was fine, left Breezehome, and I get this message: DynDolod.esp not found then DynDolod can not find master data in None.json Thinking moving MO may have done something funky, I deleted textures and output and re-ran DynDolod from scratch, started new char...nope, same error. Just can't get DynDolod to work now. Anyone have any ideas?
  19. BTW, Immersive Weapons author on reddit today: "I have the port done. I am just making a video for it, and will post it soon. I replaced over 50 weapons with higher quality ones. IW will be up to standards now."
  20. I'm also using NVT but still Vivid Weathers. Were you able to make a new merge with Obsidian?
  21. This. I just tried out a couple til I found one I liked; I think we can expect people who want to change it just do the same for themselves.
  22. That might've been me, but I was having issues with Footprints not showing up on Fluffy Snow, not Real Snow. I removed Footprints and haven't put it back in to re-test with RealSnow. I use this to test ENB, can confirm it's super handy. One-click ENB switching, lets me swap and compare quickly.
