I tested them and they both suffer from a serious annoyance. Every container, dead person, chest you mouse over during combat pop up with a nice loot menu in the middle of combat. Until this is fixed I will not use this mods.

It seems to work in-game (though I've not tested all of the linked containers mechanics yet), but upon doing an error check.Ok the house is very nice but i don't think it will make it in.
