PLEASE CHECK THIS POST BEFORE SUGGESTING A MOD AS IT MAY ALREADY BE ON THIS LIST.

 

Hi all decided to start a new post about mod suggestions for SRLE Extened if you have a suggestion for a mod you think would go well in SRLE Extened that please post them here.

 

I will also now place a Evaluating, Testing, Accepted, or Rejected After section mod so you can see what has been suggested.

My one.  Which I'm planning anyway as I like the idea of it (I always play hunter type characters at least early game until I run out of things to do with leather!) Is Hunting in Skyrim.  I like the idea of building up a different guild house myself (its a basement off the drunken huntsman) and compatibility wise seems fine if you use the "no perks" version (it has its own website HERE which gives some good details).  Also adds more quests which are also good

 

I was originally trying hunterborn alongside the above but, since Hutning in skyrim has a skinning system as well and Hunterborns mostly just makes my character almost die of hunger trying to cut some steaks from a wolf till you level up, might just stick with this.

 

I'm unsure if there is any reason not to use it?  That's a genuine question for people with more knowledge of conflict resolution than me.  I can follow a guide and THINK I know what i'm doing but i'm very much doing it on instinct.

Wow... allrighty then... Probably a good idea Darth to start a separate thread. You are getting more into the testing/debugging phase looks like and the separate clutter in the main thread can get distracting... heaven knows I was not looking to make more work for you. Hats off to the work you are doing. Good eyes on all the testers and trouble shooters. I was just saying to my wife last night that I can't wait for my parts to get here because I want to get working on my castle and check out this build!!!!

 

This said...I have nearly 75 armor sets that I was just going to add on top of the SRLE + Extended and make my own merge. I tend to collect about 15-20 followers that I take out in groups of 3-5, so all need "fight, town and lounge" clothing. Tell you what, I will add some of my favorites to the "consider" list. All are UNP and where possible UNPB with TBBP. All should work no problem.

 

Be aware a few of these are not lore friendly and some may fall into the NSFW category but not terribly so.

Then for the instructions you could just have a long list of mod links with a single direction: only include the textures and meshes.

sound like a good idea however at the moment i don't have the time to do that.

I would like to suggest Dawn of Skyrim Collection

Not sure how it will perform with the extra NPC's added by the guide. The Bannered Mare seems already overcrowded at night with just the extra NPC's added by Dawn of Skyrim.

It would be nice to add something that makes the populated areas more complete and alive aesthetically, to go along with the extra NPC's added, without a lot of conflicts and performance issues.

Good thoughts Electro. I "believe" this is what was done with Immersive Jewelry.... basically every fine jewelry mod on the nexus was joined and provided proper levelled lists in one spot with one esp.

 

I like this idea, however is beyond my expertise atm. I am neck deep in tutorial mods on castle building and decorating. I plan to just merge the 75 or so armor mods I have into a couple esp's.

 

Maybe we have an experienced merger out there who may have interest in the project. Otherwise we will have to pick and choose a bit, and then do some merging ourselves.

I tried dawm of Skyrim but my pwerformance majorly suffered when down to under 30 fps and few times so i am vetoing it from my guide.
