SRLE Extended

@Barachiel

Peeing, Pooping, Farting, Sex, Drugs... you name it... it's already been done.

Yep, had an already written response to that effect before I saw this post. Some of these mods are still around on sites like LL.

TBH Bathing in Skyrim does make sense, I mean after a hard day's Draugr bashing, odds on some of that bone dust is going to get in your hair. You can use the options in the mod so you don't undress all the way if you prefer. :)

I don't give a damn about nudity.  I just think this whole "immersion" thing goes overboard.  I work a full time job.  I don't want taking care of my character to become a second one.  Sure it always SOUNDS resasonable, but if you obey the in-game time scale, that means having to eat and drink every 10-15 minutes, and sleep and bath every 60-90 minutes.  No.  Thank.  You.

I don't mind a little hardcore survival (I played that mode in New Vegas after all), but most player mods go WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too far in that regard.  There's immersion and there's playing SimAdventurer.  I have no interest in the latter, and I used to get vaguely annoyed that practically EVERY mod list shoved them down my throat.  Fortunately, as I commented above, thanks to the glories of MCM, I don't have to actually enable this stuff in game if I don't want to.

I'm interested to see what the FO4 official one will be when it's patched in.

Hi Darth. What is NPC_Overhaul_V_3_.esp. I seen it a few post back but am a lil lost. Should I merge the esp with Endgame overhaul when installing into MO, or should I put it in a separate mod as an optional? Adding a little more info about it in the guide would be awesome.

I finally almost got your guide up and going. Well almost. I just have do build my new patches for the updates and SPINI. Cant wait. Last night I had a few minutes before bed to run Dyndolod, on high setting the process took 45 minute. lol 15 minutes longer than SRLE.

Thanks for all of the hard work you continue to do

Okay, got through the vanilla start just fine.  Only had one issue (Lokir died on the carriage for some reason) but a restart fixed that.

My first real glitch is weird.  I cannot equip backpacks.  They're in the game. I jsut got a nice one, of Dibella, with a fun little Speech enchant and +50 carry capacity.

Will not let me equip it.  I can click on it, but nothing happens, even though it's in the Armor tab.

Your Call. It's your game, install what you like. :)

Often Lokir dying on the cart or falling out of the cart is something to do with starting Frostfall too soon, at least that's been my experience. Thus I never get Frostfall going till I'm in the Keep, if going vanilla start. I recall one start I managed to 'freeze' before I got called to the block. That was amusing.

Yeah, I figured that one out and killed Frostfall before starting.

Second glitch:  sometimes during a frentic combat, I somehow get stuck in a charging stance, moving really fast, constantly draining fatigue, and unable to jump.  I can stop the running part by sheathing my weapon, but the fatigue and inability to jump persist.  If I redraw my weapon, it's back to charging.  WTF?

Still haven't managed to figure out the backpack glitch either.

I had this problem with Duel Combat when I used it.  I found that if I turned off running and turned it back on it would go back to normal.  I think with certain backpacks your skill has to be high enough before you can use it.  At least I've had that happen and then once I leveled up smithing, I believe (I could be wrong about that, it doesn't sound right but it didn't make sense anyway I looked at it.  I'm fairly certain it was smithing though), I could equip it.  Others it doesn't affect though so it's always been a bit of a mystery to me.

Huh.  Dunno about the backpack.  I'll keep playing and see.  Did remember one thing that might be related:  i cannot enable Bandoliers in the CCOR MCM menu.  It's greyed out in both columns, despite both mods being enabled.

I already tried turning running off and on, and it had no effect.  I'm not running, I'm CHARGING.  It's like i'm locked into a combat manuever I have no idea how it triggered.

The fact that you cannot enable Bandoliers seems strange and suspicious but I think that if you can't activate it you shouldn't be finding bandoliers gear to begin with.  Frostfall and Wet and Cold both add backpacks as well, if I'm not mistaken, so it could be from a different mod.  Get mfg console, drop the bag, go to console, click on it and see what mod it is from.

I was charging as well, not running.  Couldn't jump or anything and switching to walking would fix it.  Until it inevitably would happen again, that is.

this is a replacement is for Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul, Endgame Overhaul and USLEEP as the one from Endgame overhaul. has not been updated for USLEEP.

yes merge it wil Endgame overhaul in MO.

stamina draining is from Vigor comabt and injuries turn off the Fatigue option in the MCM menu. cos with the active when just walking in armor will drain stamina.
