SRLE Extended

or you could just upload your new meshes you made in CK located in lordsofskyrim\meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\skyrim.esm\(000135EB,00013BB5,00013606,00013606,00013620)..btw idgrod is buggy too ...so you have to do it for her also...the easiest way to do it is to copy the content of the lordsofskyrim folder to the skyrim data folder, run CK and do the ctrl-f4 thingy I will do just that

I what might be easier to to upload fixed version of the mod and we use that. I looked at Idgrod and she did look wring but i will check again.

I posted a suggestion for the same mod some time back. I also found another mod doing the same, that I posted a suggestion about on page 21.

Now I actually prefer Equipment HUD since it do the same in a much less intrusive way.

What do you think cybexgames?

sorry guys as you know I had a lot of mods suggestions and not gotten to half of them i think equipment hud would be more useful then Souls Quick Menu and I agree with Neo I don't like the idea of needlessly cycling (nor having a UI element up all the time).

I tried Souls Quick Menu when it first came out and it's alright.  The hud does disappear so it's not in the way but it does feel unnatural having to cycle through, especially since you quickly arm each item as you cycle through.  I went back to AH Hotkeys, which is amazing and offers it's own FISS type support, though equipment HUD looks like it could be useful, especially since I'm trying to get used to not seeing if my bow is armed with AGO since I play in first person.

While you are looking into CWO, here is some really great mods that add a lot of dynamic gameplay to the civil war :D

WARZONES 2015 - Civil Unrest by MyGoodEye

WARZONES - Assault Attack by MyGoodEye

A short turtotial video of WARZONES - Assault Attack

8 min, 20 sec showcase strongholds

All should really try this mods for the fun at least. Both has high level of customization with MCM menus. They add some pretty awesome strongholds, very dynamic ingame effects like camps that can be burned to the ground, a advantage system that influence the original civil war questline, new quests, and the actions of the player have effects on where camps spawn and where battles happens.

This mods is compatible with CWO and almost all other mods, and to run them with CWO, OBIS and Immersive patrols will put your hardware on a test. I tested with SR:LE and many other mods and it seem to work great, some minor stuttering here and there and fps around 25-30 in battles with most features enabled.

Personally I removed Immersive patrols since this mods is so much more interesting, and if you only want something more like Immersive patrols that is possible with removing features in MCM. Also the WARZONES 2015 - Civil Unrest has been put on the safe list by Nazenn.

Hi Darth,

I have 2 mod requests:

TK HitStop

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23681/?

When the player hits an actor or an object, a “hit-stop†(a tiny pause) is added along with camera shake and blur effects. This makes weapon strikes feel more solid and heightens the sense that a hit has actually been made.

TK Recoil

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32769/?

When the player shot a bow or crossbow or staff, a "recoil" (a tiny pause) is added along with camera shake and blur effects.
This makes weapon recoil feel more solid and heightens the sense that a hit has actually been made. This mod is not add motion.

I used them before I started to use SRLE. They give a better combat "feeling" when you hit a NPC or an object. With vanilla sometimes we are unsure if we actually hit the target.

The experience is MCM customizable.

Not sure if is usable with SRLE though, or if anyone has experienced short or long term problems. I didn't used it for to long in the game.

Otherwise it seems that could be a good addition to the Combat and Traps section.

I was looking into both TK Hitstop and TK recoil some time back and I recommended them in a earlier post. But later I found out that there was some comments about save bloating and heavy script use, combined with the fact that they also have 1 esp each, so I got a little worried about this mods. But I like the effects, especially TK hitstop, make combat feel more real, but I think some of the bigger combat overhauls do something similar if Im not mistaken.

Hi Darth_mathias,

I'm glad you added 3DNPCs :)

I noticed that Even Better Quest Objectives (featured in SR:LE) had an Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild option, must we install it or does your CR already cover whatever conflict may arise between those two ? I may have skipped something but I don't think you mentioned it.

Also, what about ESF - Aela the Huntress from the same author ?

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11450/?

Although her lines aren't fully voiced, this could be a great addition. It probably conflicts with Bijin Warmaidens though.

I haven't tried any of the big combat overhauls but that is great if they already incorporate something similar to give combat better feeling and feedback.

Does the one used by SRLE Extended, Combat Evolved, brings anything of that nature?

ESF already contains all the stuff from Even Better Quest Objectives so this was not need.

I belive the full version of ESF (which we are already using) use this verison Aela anyway but i will double check. I dont think it was conflict with bijin since bijin is mostly just a texture replacemnet.

Your Bijin NPCs Customizer link is taking me to Bijin NPCs â€‹

Hi

I was going through many popular combat mods a few weeks back and I thought I saw something like hitstop, but when I checked my notes and the videos again it was only a smaller mod that add something very similar. The more popular mods adds more visual effects from staggering and other combat actions, that cause attacks to feel more powerful, and the mod "action combat" introduces effects from weapons hitting in the air and make some hit/bash effects even stronger, but this is not the same effect that TK hitstop bring to the table. The only similar mod was SS's Hit stop but that seem to have even more issues than TK hitstop.

The sad thing is that both the hit stop mods seem to suffer from some kind of script delays and some bad timings. TK hitstop seem to also have issues with save bloating also, but nothing is confirmed. And in SS's hit stop, many has reported issues with weapon speed.

Considering that I'm running hundreds of mods, I'm very critical about what mods I install with SRLE and the extended pack, one bad mod can cause my savegames to be history, so right now I hope someone more knowledgeable than me will show up and declare them safe or unsafe to use :)

just so everyone knows that latest mods I have chosen to look at are Inconsequential NPCs, Cilvil War Overhaul WARZONES 2015 - Civil Unrest and maybe WARZONES - Assault Attack. Since I have never actually done The Civil War quest lines this will be completey blind for me.

Good luck Darth, I think you are in for some fun if you give it some time, and hopefully not too much frustrations :)

Hey Darth.  ESF Aela adds a lot more depth to Aela beyond what ESF Companions does.  Both ESF mods edit the companions and/or Aela in the npc records, which will be overridden if Bijon or any other mod that edits the npc record is placed below it.  I assumed these changes from ESF were brought forward in your Bijin replacer but I'll have to double check.

I think Warzones is great but it can be tough on a heavily modded game.  I tried adding it recently and my game choked so I held off.  CWO would be a great addition as long as you're prepared to direct people to the proper console codes and mcm trickery if they run into problems.  It's much better/more stable than it was in previous versions but if you just look at the forums you'll see that errors can still occur.  Most are fixable via console/mcm but, if it's in your guide, many will probably come to you first seeking direction.

yes they were the bijin replacer carrys over ESF Aela change (cos people moaned it was in the CR). If this mod add more depth to Alea who is one of my fav companions of course (Farkas is first) It will be interesting to look at. at some point.

I am going to test these mods thoughtly before I even consider added these to my guide.
