redirishlord
I'll give that ago as this heavy drop frame issue has be doing my heading for a long time now. Edit: nope still lag. Looks like i might need to drop a few of the scripted mods now to decided which ones I can live without1st: Great work & many thanks for SRLE Extended, I love Neo's SRLE, the discussion & work here has really helped with my own build. 2nd: I was reading Tech's post on the State of STEP and followed his link in the section related to string count to spreadsheet listing counts from a great many mods. I found it very helpful and informative, several mods I thought would be low count were not & several I thought would be demanding weren't. Good luck, God speed. Link to comment

redirishlord
Excellent, I need to take a look at your spreadsheet as well, as I am adding many (but not all) of your listed mods for a new playthrough (I couldn't resist coming back to Skyrim, it's Game of Thrones season after all). Link to comment
Zegorzalek
i removed all 3 of them even iNeed. Not really my playstyle to stop and eat and sleep and bathe etc.... you got Sims for that.I dropped those previously in my "survival mod" purge... kept bathing bc I liked it, but dropped the rest of the survival mods... interestingly.. was getting a significant amount of lag still across the board so decided to take drastic action... I unticked SFO, then DYNDOLOD and suddenly I have a high res playable game in all areas tested... dungeon, outside, even whiterun. No issues with added patrols or NPCs. More testing to follow, but I believe I am doing to leave the LOD and SFO out. (by the way, my setup includes Legacy of DragonBorn)... sorry I can't add much more atm... work pretty busy, but have a 4 day in a couple weeks, should be able to post more details then. Darth_mathias
I am curious to knwo from you guys that are activly using SRLE Extended what mods you decided to drop from my guide (not Neo's). Link to comment
paul666root
Never used dyndolod and SFO was dropped as per SRLE Ext and I never had lag to skill menu. Edit: I removed from srle ext pumping iron, loot and degradation, arrisa, sofia, ah hotkeyz Edited April 17, 2016 by paul666root Link to comment
Darth_mathias
ok so I have just re-run Dyndolod using 1.49 scripts (something I havn't done before now) and the lag into teh skills menu I was suffering has now gone but I will be keeping an eye on it. Edit: OK Even more interesting Lag back after DSR Patcher run so maybe DSR is one mod too much for Extended or something. Edited April 17, 2016 by Darth_mathias Link to comment
Whetstone
It seems to be a combination of both in my load (which now is Extended + legacy of the dragonborn and supporting mods minus Interesting NPCs, player houses and followers). With both and DynDOLOD and DSR enabled I get 3-4 second hang opening the skill menu. With either enabled by itself I get 1-2 seconds. With both disabled it seems to be mostly gone. I also am having load time issues on this load. Some loads are taking several minutes. Nozzer66
I use full SRLE and Full Extended and I get no lag at all anywhere. Link to comment
Alluistras
One thing I did is remove RS Children and am now using Rustic Children which is a simple texture replacer. Yeah it's cool to have pretty children, but they are such a small part of the game and I jumped at the opportunity to remove unneeded esps (and the headache of managing a hundred patches for it.) The list of what I did include from SRLE extended is shorter than what I didn't. Here's my mod list: https://www.modwat.ch/u/Alluistras Link to comment
linar9415
Regarding script lag, I also noticed that DSR patcher contributes to script latency. Without it my game run much smoother. As far as i know it applies cloak script to every NPC in area so that may be the reason. Would have been great if there was an option to use dual sheaths only for player character(for only the shield and staff). I now trying All geared Up as an alternative. Also i ditched INT NPC's, Loot and Degradation, follower mods and added Legacy of DragonBorn. Menu lag still present though i still use EBT and BFS, but that dont bothers me as much. Whats really annoying is little lag when i cross grids on worldspace.I use full SRLE and Full Extended and I get no lag at all anywhere.Did you make any changes to ini's or apply additional tweaks? Darth_mathias
Added A Lot of Dual Sheath Redux Patches by Slothability while at least for me is still there is lag into the skills menu it has been reduced by at least half now. I will be doing further testing on this. Ok I have decided to replace AH hotkey with something a bit lighter what not sure yet maybe Categorized Favorites Menu (which version again not sure yet as there a quite a few) Edited April 18, 2016 by Darth_mathias Link to comment

This issue only presents itself after running DRS Patcher. I did think of adding interesting NPC to DSR block list and see if that help things but I can seem to find a block list for DSR.Regarding script lag, I also noticed that DSR patcher contributes to script latency.
