warning in LOOT

After cleaning Dawnguard.esm LOOT still shows :

It is normal? Or do I need to do it again?

Yes it's normal, and yes you do. 

 

The current BETA version of xEdit doesn't report needing cleaning twice, and that's what the STEP guide is based on. Just clean it again and you're good.
