Do I Need To Resolve These?

I am doing the LOOT sort and xEdit clean of the mods before doing the Level of Detail steps of v2.2.0. I am unsure how to, or if I should, resolve these warnings from LOOT. Advice is definitely asked for, thank you!

Pre-emptive clarification: I am not using CACO or CCOR and I made sure not to install things that said to not use them if not using one or the other.

The aMidianBorn "issue" you can disregard. LOOT apparently does not take into consideration that people still use the "old" way (i.e. not installing ACE, CACO, CCOR and/ or WACCF), so they use the separate ESP's and BSA's from The Book of Silence.

As for the Simple Children, if you installed Simple Children and TK Children as described in the install guide, this isn't a problem either. If you are unsure, double check the install guide for these.

@ButchDiavolo Thank you for your reply! I was moving forward through the LOD stuff with the other cleaning and LOOT sorting completed, but wanted to at least get someone else to say their recommendation on those before I actually went to much further ahead.
