These are all Py files. Did you recently upgrade Python? I don't know which Py version is expected but typically, applications either require Py 2.72 (IIRC) OR Py 3.x. Both can exist on the system, but one will be considered the 'default' Py installation. This can be changed by adjusting some OS/Py env variables I think.

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling MO, which should configure or reset these prerequisites.
