Regarding Fires on Raven Rock

Hi, i have general question, i never did or was on raven rock, in skyrim i never had problem with fires, lanterns or anything that deals with light sources but here at least for me that fire looks kida wierd... hmmm. you think its a bug, something wrong or am i just talking nonsense ? heres few shots: https://imgur.com/a/VaLi4uW

This looks like particle lights. I would look at your ENB config and whatever ENB you are using

but i'm not using any enb and didnt install any more lighting mods than from STEP guide. light from those fires and thorches look like that only on solstheim.
